probably 4 of the best bedrooms we have enjoyed at an AirBnB all with ensuite facilities. hot water available whenever we needed it even if all 8 of us took our showers at much the same time. beds were comfortable and Alison offered to set them up as singles or super king doubles. dining area seated all 8 of us. kitchen had everything we needed including dishwasher, freezer and wine chiller.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

The property is situated in a wing of an impressive historic country house 1/2 mile along a gravel road, so is pleasantly secluded. Marianne gave us a warm welcome and she and Rob were very friendly and available if required but allowed us privacy. The beach was secluded and private being mainly shingle but revealing sand at low tide. It was lovely to be able to sit on the beach under the shade of a tree looking over the Solent to the Isle of Wight watching the boats. The property was very clean, comfortable, spacious and was well equipped. There were lovely views from the lounge and bedroom across the Solent too. We had free access to the walled garden and a pleasant walk round the small lake where we spotted some deer. We also watched muntjac deer from the lounge windows in the evening. Overall, my wife and I spent a very relaxing and peaceful 5 nights at a super property with great hosts and we look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely house with everything you need for a peaceful stay. Lots of space for us, 4 adults. It was like walking into a real home from home. Close to town and the high street. Would definitely stay again.

The best stay I’ve ever had an Airbnb. The facilities are like your own David Lloyd private facility, complete luxury and finished throughout to an immaculate standard. The ground are maintained excellently, and it obvious enough privacy to not integrate (unless you want to) with the other guests in the other unit or the owners - who are very down to earth. Would I return? ABSOLUTELY. A wonderful Christmas

Great place for a family get together, we had 10 people staying but didn’t feel on top of each other. Location is convenient for New Forest, Bournemouth and Portsmouth. Jordan was great, lovely welcome pack and very quick to respond to any little query we had. Thanks Jordan!

David and Mandy's place was peaceful, quiet and clean - just what we needed. The parking was very close, Co-op store was down the street, good food just down the steps to the beach. Sheets smelled fresh, beds comfy and the view from the patio was serene. And the bonus discount on the ferry was great! We hope to come back soon.

Great stay, excellent location just over the road from Cowes high street and a 10 min walk to the chain ferry. Clean, tidy and everything we needed was there. Bottle of wine from local independent shop a nice touch. Would thoroughly recommend!

Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. I would say this flat is charming and very welcoming and very clean and beautiful inside lovely bathroom very comfortable beds ,location perfect walking distance to nice restaurant’s I would recommend the haven on the harbour lovely food and service I would recommend to my friends and would love to come and stay again a lovely relaxing stay in comfort

The apartment was perfect for our stay over Christmas with our two dogs, whilst we visited family in the area. We felt at home and enjoyed the walks both on the common and on the beach, as well as breakfast out in Hamble. We left plenty to explore for next time too!

Ted’s apartment was fantastic! It was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The environment was peaceful, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning – definitely a highlight of our stay. Ted was incredibly friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to stay again in the future. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at Sian's flat before and have always had a warm welcome and a great stay. It is close to amenities with private parking and is very convenient for all of the attractions in and around Bosham and the wider area including the beautiful City of Chichester. Sian has always been welcoming, helpful, quick to respond, friendly and accommodating, always a great host. The flat is modern and comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the flat as a place to stay and Sian as a lovely host. Thank you Sian, we had a another great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this place. It was gorgeous, clean, light and airy and very relaxing. It was a great location, easy and straight forward to get in and great equipment options such as full fridge, oven and microwave.

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

Such a cute hide-away in the centre of town. Very quiet, comfortable and welcoming, particularly the bottle of fizz, croissants butter and jam, milk, tea, coffee, a lovely touch. Super clean. The log burner was a major plus. Will stay again.

A very peaceful stay in the New Forest with a short walk to the local Inn and fantastic festive quiz. Lots of beautiful walking routes close by for dogs, couples or families. Sian was a welcoming host and accommodation was as described. Would 100% recommend and would stay again!
