Vacation rentals in Sandown

Brilliant - As a family of five across three generations (plus a small dog), we needed a flexible space with room for us all and space to not be on top of each other, and this accomodation provided that for us. Lots of space, with modern, clean facilities. It was comfortable with a feeling of being "at home" in a quiet location, but walking distance to the sea and local shops. Having great weather helped as we were able to make use of the lovely garden. We would definately stay again. The host was very helpful and responsive to all questions, but there were also clear instructions and plenty of information to make the stay easy and hastle free.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We've just come back from a lovely few days at Lou's place - we are a family of 5 (including a toddler) and there was plenty of space for all of us! The outside area was lovely and safe for my little one and amazing to be able to see the sea. We loved being able to walk to the beach and my 9 year old is now obsessed with body boarding! We spent a couple of early evenings at the spyglass which has fantastic views - busy but we always managed to get a table outside (no booking required) and the service was quick and suited our young family well. Lou was a great host and very responsive to all msgs - we felt very welcome and well looked after. The toys and games were very much appreciated as well! Thank you Lou :)

we really enjoyed our stay in the caravan and loved watching the view of the creek with the changing tide. Really lovely in the sun when tide was in. We were very lucky with the weather so only spent the evenings in the van but if we had been in more would have made use of the books,videos and games available. I have never seen so many varied books outside a library! The gas cooker was excellent and large fridge and freezer was useful. The welcome pack of biscuits and bread and eggs and butter milk and drinks in fridge was very nice. We felt very comfortable and the space in the bedroom was excellent with a comfy ( if a bit high for my short legs) bed. If we visit Hayling again we will hope its available. We eventually sussed the best way to get the car in and out the space when there was another large car parked so will know for next time.

We spent a fantastic bank holiday weekend at Tara’s beautiful house. The location is superb and the house accommodated our two families perfectly. It’s very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for more from the house! Tara was also a very responsive and helpful host.

Beautiful location in a spotless, tastefully furnished cabin. Plenty of instructions from arrival to using the TV to getting to the beach and places to eat. Very, very clean place to stay and very private within a minutes walk to the beach. We ate at The Lamb and Drifter cafe bar. Would recommend both. Also had breakfast at the cafe next to car park at West Wittering end of the beach. Would definitely stay again.
