Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Joaquin River

We were recently in town for a wedding. We booked the house for us and friends to be at one place, get ready together. Teresa was a great host! We appreciated the big rooms and great kitchen and patio! This house is gorgeous on the inside, has all the bells and the whistles. Would love to book again!

Pictures don’t do it justice! Stand place was beautiful and very private. Friends and I really enjoyed the scenery while we bbq and had our breakfast outside. We took our volleyball net and had a few games. It was super spacious. Felt right at home! Lots of space inside for guests to sit back and relax. Our favorite part was the game room. We played pool and air hockey . 10 min or so away from the lake! Only thing was that in the description not listed was the hot tub which there is one located outside. It’s not accessible to guests though which we were a bit bummed out but other than that everything was perfect!

Carl and Jennifer‘s home was a little slice of heaven in a quiet convenient and immaculate hillside oasis with breathtaking views. We slept like babies I would highly recommend these hostess with the mostest to any one. Anytime !

My family and I were amazed on the attention to detail that his home provided. From dog treats, to the kitchen amenities, to the furniture in the outdoor furniture, everything was a super nice touch. The views of the valley in November are incredible. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable but my favorite part would have to be how the nicely the living room transitions to the kitchen and through the sliding doors, the outdoor patio. Such a cozy home for a family of 4-6 and your dog! I would absolutely book again.

Perfect house for getting to and from Yosemite quickly! The pool and hottub were the highlights of our stay! The pool was very clean and great size. The house was a bit dated but very clean and quite large. The hosts were pretty quick to respond to inquiries and Jose was very friendly and helpful. The local restaurants are very good and Bass Lake is very close. If you want a place to stay during your trips into Yosemite that has a pool this is a good choice!

We stayed in Dida’s farmhouse for 3 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation. Dida welcomed us on the first night and gave as some information about the house itself and also about the area, which was super helpful (restaurant/shopping recommendations). The house itself is simply gorgeous. It had everything we needed - a fully equipped kitchen, nice living room area, two bedrooms with very comfy beds and two adjoining restrooms. Also, the place was spotless! I have never seen a place this clean and tidy. We used this location to travel to Yosemite, which was perfect. The place also offers a lot of calmness due to the nice garden surrounding it, we saw loads of birds, squirrels, rabbits and even hummingbirds! We also had a nice chat with Dida on our day of departure, she’s such a kind and caring person. She offered for us to text her for more accommodation, but also kept her distance throughout our stay. We hope that we can come back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. This is a perfect location right on the main drag. We loved having a balcony to look over the street and just hang out with a cup of coffee. The unit was nice and had everything we needed, we would definitely stay here again.

Robert was super helpful and an amazing host. really easy to find the location. the place is very homey, peaceful and serene.

Everything was great at Ruben's place. The apartment was just as described, easy to enter/exit, and Ruben was 100% responsive. I go to Fresno often and this listening will be added to my go-to list. note: GPS took us to the apartment complex directly behind this one. It was confusing at first but if you look at the map yourself it becomes obvious where you need to go.

This was such a cute place to stay! The patio area was so adorable. The shower was really great and we loved that they had a washer/dryer in unit. The patio area is super nice, there were some super friendly neighborhood cats that came around to visit with us. We rented a car while in state and it was nice to have an off the street parking spot. Price is very good and they even let us stay an extra night last minute! The only thing I will say is the bed seems like it’s a queen size and not a king, and the pillows were a tad flat. We would absolutely stay here again though!

Ann’s place was perfect for our group’s needs! It was perfectly located near restaurants and grocery stores. 10/10 would come back and stay here for our next trip to Yosemite

If you enjoy hidden gems, off-the-beaten path experiences, getting away from it all while having a city right next door, etc., this is the place! In town for a family event, we introverts enjoyed the peaceful downtime Gary and Dagmar's place afforded. A glass of wine on the deck gazing at the twinkling lights below-- a great way to wind down after a busy day. The unit had everything we needed (especially in the kitchen, which we find rare these days in Bay Area Airbnbs), was cozy, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed the special touches-- Dagmar and Gary are great hosts.

We had an excellent stay! Tom was extremely helpful and responsive. He kept us updated with weather reports, and even helped us put chains on our car tires when the park required them. The home was one of the best AirBnb’s I’ve stayed in, very clean and has everything you need. The fully stocked kitchen was great for being able to cook and avoiding having to eat at park restaurants everyday. Since it was winter, he even thought to put out snowshoes and sleds for us to use. Unless you stay at a park lodge or campground, the location is unbeatable. It’s about 40-50 minutes to Yosemite Village and close to a lot of hikes. We felt right at home and would definitely stay again!

Great location, 20ish minutes away from the South entrance of Yosemite Park and 1 hour away from Yosemite’s Tunnel View point. It was really peaceful and easy to use. They had a wonderful wall full of board games. They have the Airbnb full of nice details, well equipped and homey.

Arlene’s condo at Pajaro Dunes was amazing! We booked this for a birthday trip with a few girls and loved it! Amazing views, a 2 minute walk to the beach and the best condo I’ve stayed at before. Loved it

I spent the weekend here with my little brothers and we had a great time! A short drive to Yosemite in a very peaceful area, we felt right at home. The place was lovely with everything exactly as listed and the host was extremely helpful and responded to all my questions in a timely manner, we would definitely recommend to someone looking for a beautiful place to stay!

Debra and family are phenomenal hosts. Super responsive, gracious hosts. The unit is exactly like the photos and well accommodating for long term stays. Strong WiFi and great entertainment options on the smart TV which is already connected to everything so you don't have to stress remembering all of your sign ins. I highly recommend their stay when you're travelling.

Enjoyed our quick stay at Todd’s place. It was exactly what we needed - easily accessible place to stay for a quick overnight trip to the Clovis area. The breakfast items that were provided were a nice surprise and was an added bonus.

Great Airbnb.. facilities like new, beautifully clean, towels a plenty and very nice bed linen. Kitchen nicely provisioned. Driveway parking greatly appreciated and we felt very safe and cosy. It was an extra treat to be welcomed by Christmas lights as we opened the door that evening. Highly recommend

BEAUTIFUL area! lovely location! right by Bass Lake! not too far from Yosemite and Fishcamp! kids absolutely LOOOVED the place! and so did we! cannot recommend this place enough!

Great place to stay! Love the proximity to Monterey/Carmel but also felt so private and peaceful. The photos don’t do this justice- we were so happy to see the view and be steps from the gorgeous beach! We watched dolphins from the balcony! The place was cozy and comfortable. Marc the host had great communication. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area!
