Monthly Rentals in Saint Marks

RV is spectacularly located. Fire-pit, star seeing, the water, the dock. My children had a blast and we went back full of memories. The fact that Ms. Rachel and Mr. Todd were on-site was awesome; responsive and willing to help all time. Even our neighbors were kind and warm.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this rental house. The beds were really comfortable which is hard to find. Everything was clean and it was peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed being close to the bike trails so we could walk the dogs and just enjoy the weather. The St. Marks River is within walking distance as well. The Wildlife Refuge is about 10 minutes away so my sister enjoyed going there to take wildlife photos. The beach isn't far either. The restaurants in the area are just a block away and the food is really enjoyable. We will definitely be back and would recommend this house to anyone looking to rent. Rob was quick to respond and very helpful in all his communication.

The most well provisioned Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We were there to visit family who live in Crawfordville. I was able to cook and host a few meals having everything I needed. I even baked a birthday cake from scratch! It was wonderful to watch the sunset from the dock. Even though it is community property, we never saw anyone else; we felt like we had our own private lake dock. I enjoyed my coffee there before sunrise a couple of mornings. Our 75 pound Labradoodle loved being able to run around the yard. if you are a coffee lover, you might want to bring your own. There are several options for preparing coffee (a large Bunn brewer, a small French press, and an espresso maker I did not try to use). No pod brewer that I saw. I hope this family maintains this as an Airbnb for many years to come as we would love to return!

I have never been anywhere so clean. there wasn't even a speck of dust on the ceiling fans. The home was exactly as advertised, everything was provided we could possibly need or want during our stay. Janice responded faster than my own mother to my messages 🤣. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything from basic pots and pans to a functioning tea kettle to the world's quietest dishwasher. The game chest has a good selection of interesting games. Even the neighbors were nice and said hello when I went for a walk with my teens. We will be back for my son's FSU graduation in May. It's only a 30 minute drive to campus.
