Condo vacation rentals in Saint Johns River

As advertised.

This place was perfect for a weekend with the family. We were surrounded with beautiful views, friendly staff, and many things to do in the area. It had direct access to the beach and made our weekend memorable.

The stay was amazing me and my girlfriend had an amazing time felt right at home. My only complaint was that I asked for balloons for my anniversary and walked in to happy birthday balloons😂. Me and my girlfriend found it funny so it wasn’t that bad. Overall 10/10 would definitely book again

The 2 bedroom condo was exactly as described. It was clean, well furnished and well maintained. We were in town for a major annual event and will be back next year. We are looking forward to stay again in this great condo.

Comfortable and beautiful condo! We loved the pool, the proximity to the beach and to be walking distance to some restaurants + ice cream shops. The condo was so clean and well kept and the kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed. Thank you for a beautiful visit to Cocoa Beach! We hope to be back in the future!

We stayed for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. We were able to walk to the convention center to avoid paying for parking at the convention center. The apartment has ocean views and has a bar/restaurant on the first floor. The apartment was clean and decorated very nicely. The hosts provided easy instructions on how to check in.

The condo was beautiful and clean. They supplied everything we needed for our beach vacation. The view from the balcony was amazing and we loved hearing the ocean waves every day. Would definitely recommend this condo to others.

When we arrived we thought we had just left home. everything was immaculate warm and inviting. Everything we needed was there just as she had described. We text a couple of times with instant response. Very gracious host to allow us into her home. We will definitely be coming back.

What can I say! Steps from the beach! Beautiful view. The condo was clean and tidy. Restaurants was close by. The only downfall was There was only one beach chair! Great place to stay and we would stay again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The home was well-stocked with everything we needed— from a baby high chair to laundry detergent. The couches and beds were super comfortable. Terri reached out to make sure we had all we needed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Nice condo in a convenient location to the beach and local restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels/linens. Kitchen has all of the necessities. I really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Loved having a washer and dryer so we could pack lightly for our flight. I’d stay here again!

Had a great stay in 101 . The condo was clean and well maintained, roomy, and comfortable . The bed was great after a day of beaching . Many places to eat within walking distance ,great little park next door and you can fish the river right by the unit . Easy access to bridge to the beaches right by the condo with beaches minutes away . Lots of parking by unit and friendly neighbors . Would definitely stay again . I wish all airb&b’s were like this, we were short of nothing! This condo is ideal for a small family. The kitchen was full with silverware, pots/pans, plates, bowls, plastic utensils, napkins, and cleaning supplies. There was also an abundance of towels and bathroom products. They also had some toys for the little ones, my daughter greatly appreciated that. The condo was clean and spacious just as the photos show. This location is truly a GEM! The beach is literally across the street. 9 min drive to Ocean Walk, and about a 15 min drive to One Daytona on International Speedway Blvd. Brad was amazing with communication and accommodations on a late check out. We can’t wait to stay here again <3

Danny was very quick to respond with any qyestions. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and restaurant. We would definitely return.

The location was perfect! Steps from the beach - we arrived to cold weather but we still walked the beach and pier and watched a surf competition. The apt is a little dated but so sweet, with beach decor and the most comfortable beds of our two week stay in Florida. Nicole was gracious in allowing our son to check in very early as he arrived ahead of us. It had everything we could have needed.

This property was exactly what our family needed for our Disney vacation! Rooms were spacious and simple which made it nice while traveling with kids. After a full day of travel it was nice to have an easy check in!

I was so happy to find this spot. This condo allowed us to have our own space and rest/recuperate on a busy trip. The building was incredibly quiet, the amenities were fantastic, and the location was great. We were really close to the parks we were visiting. The hosts were easy to contact and great to work with.

One of our favorite places to stay when we come to St Augustine! This was our second time staying at Walter’s place and you honestly can’t beat it. It’s so clean and inviting! We love how you can walk out of the back door and you are right at the pool! We will for sure be back! Thanks for hosting us!

The house is great, just like the description. The location is also excellent, close to outlets and parks. Extremely comfortable beds and linen and towels in excellent condition. The only point of attention is the delay in the response of the company that manages the access gate, but nothing to harm the stay. I would rent the house again, I was very pleased
