We really enjoyed our stay at this charming little loft, located just off the intercoastal. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but only a short distance from an entertainment district full of restaurants, shops, and galleries. We attended a weekend wine walk and outdoor concert there. In addition, a short drive took us to the beach area with more local entertainment and shopping. Communication was great - Marcus and Kim were gracious hosts responsive to any questions. Such a pleasant location and the place itself was wonderful. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Lauren was a fantastic communicator and gave us all of the information needed to make our stay in Ybor City a huge success!! The space was large and thoughtfully decorated, with a location that can’t be beat just a block away from the heart of the historic district. The place was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival, spic and span! We loved our visit and will definitely be booking this again in the future - would recommend to anyone seeking a wonderful spot to vacation and enjoy this special city!! Thank you, Lauren!!

Janaina is super friendly and welcoming. The condo is in nice proximity to universal studios and the restaurants and attractions on international drive. She has been doing this for a while so she has an intuitive sense for what you need and is attentive to all aspects of your stay

We enjoyed our stay in the house and it had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night, but still used the pool facilities, which we very much appreciated. The communication with Tom and Sandy was great.

This was our second stay at Shelley’s place. This was a quicker in and out type of stay but it was great nonetheless. Always enjoy this place and the convenience to our family in the area plus the peaceful surroundings here.

Words can't express how satisfied my partner and I were with our stay in Mary's little loft. Despite being a small apartment for 1-2 it was made spacious by expert placement of furniture and amenities. The whole rental was perfectly clean, furniture was comfortable and functional, the generously sized king bed was heavenly, and the interior design and decor was minimalistic enough to be calming and unique enough to be fun. As a home cook, the fully equipped and functional kitchen was a personal highlight as well. Not to mention, the location was perfect, just a couple minutes walk from the historic Avondale strip where we made a full day of brunch and shopping. The host, Mary, even stopped my partner and I to have a friendly chat with her adorable poodle Milo as we were loading our car for a beach day and it's very apparent how much love and dedication she has towards her guests and hosting them! Every second of our vacation felt like home. I will definitely be back!!!

Well, the stay was absolutely perfect in all aspects. The place is in a lovely neighborhood, and you can easily walk to the town center of the wonderful St. Augustine. The space is spacious—much bigger than you would guess from the photos—yet cozy. Clean and well equipped. Strongly recommended.

Loved this place would highly recommend, safe and quiet area

I cannot recommend Bernard & Kathy’s place enough! The apartment had everything you need, the beach is just across the street, and many activities/stores/restaurants are just a quick drive away. They are so kind and their dog Gizmo is a wonderful greeter!

We are return renters, simply because this is a great place to stay! Quiet, private, well appointed. Easy walking distance to beautiful lakes, and great restaurants. The art gallery is not to be missed. Hopefully we'll be able to rent again.
