Vacation rentals with a pool in Saint Johns River

Loved this property. Had a wonderful time , would like to return for a longer stay. Robert was very receptive to my questions and responded immediately. Enjoyed the whole experience of the Villages. Actually ran into a few people we know while we were there. Would ABSOLUTELY return here if I got the chance.

Ken's place is as described and depicted in his photos. Residential community so it is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful pool area with well maintained pool. if you like shopping, you will not be disappointed with the number and variety of stores in addition to nearby outlet stores. You won't go hungry in this area, restaurants are plenty and offer a great variety. BUT, you can also prepare your own meal(s) in the well stocked kitchen. We stopped to pick up some groceries fir the week on the days that we didn't want to leave poolside. A TV in every room. Very comfortable sleeping in the master bedroom. A very responsive host before during and after our stay. An absolute gentleman! I would certainly look to return to this property for any future stay. Perfect location in Palm Coast to get wherever you have to go.

We had a great stay!! The house was clean and comfortable and spacious for our family. Vildana was very responsive when we needed anything and was easy to get in touch with. We would love to stay again!

Heidy's home was the perfect quick getaway trip that we needed! 4 adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of space and plenty to do. The backyard was an incredible oasis and the pool area has a perfect mixture of sunshine and shade. there's also a 8x4 foot section that's about a foot deep and perfect for young kids. Heidy was very responsive if we happened to need anything and was very accommodating when it came to our specific stay. We will highly recommend to our friends and family and it'll be our first check the next time we're down here!

Highly recommend! This was a return visit, and we enjoyed our time there every bit as much as the last time. Andrea's house is that sort of place you take pictures of so you can duplicate it when you return home. Lovely furnishings and a great big kitchen overlooking a gathering area. Nice big dining table to have friends and family over. It is spotless inside and out, with super comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Including outdoor furniture and beautiful heated pool. Also, to note, the house is a split, so traveling with family & friends lends privacy since the master is on one side of the house, and the other 2 bedrooms are in a area with its own bathroom and sitting/tv room. Neighbors are friendly, too!

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

I’m very grateful to Laura for reserving this beautiful condo. It’s centrally located, close to attractions, and incredibly convenient. The condo is also in excellent condition. I truly appreciate the host’s attention before and during our stay — it made everything so much easier, and she was wonderfully attentive. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary. Eternally grateful!

If you want an ocean view (and a sunrise AND moonrise!) and to be steps away from the beach, this is your place! For me, waking up and seeing the ocean is soothing and sipping coffee on this deck while experiencing the ocean was perfection. Once you are ready to hit the beach, you walk down the stairs and wa-la, there it is! If you forget something, no worries-- your place is only a few minutes away! It was so nice not to have to lug all the beach stuff and then worry about where we'd find a restroom. Nope-- it's all right there at this place! In addition to the beach, there is a pool and many hot tubs. I'm particular about my hot tubs, but this one did not disappoint. They kept it hot enough to relax those sore spots. We did rent a car and the drive to downtown is about 15 minutes and super easy. We Ubered one night and that was easy. I had a few questions for Butch during our stay and he responded immediately. Recycle in town. Butch will send you the link. Grocery is 2 miles away.

The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need for a good stay with the family and is located in a quiet area with easy access to everything. It is close to Disney parks and close to all kinds of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Gary is very diligent, offers clear instructions, and was on the lookout for us to have no issues on arrival.

Great place for family with kids. Highly recommended!

The location was right on the steps of Daytona Beach and conveniently located near stores and restaraunts walking distance. Kelly was super communicative and helpful and the whole trip went smoothly. I appreciated the sun hats and beach paraphernalia in the place. Also the fully stocked toiletries. All in all a great stay. On a side note the elevator was not working the whole time we were there which didn’t bother me but for someone physically impaired you have to climb stairs and walk a bit to get to the place. This is March 15 and I’m sure elevator is working by now. This does not affect my rating of the stay in any way. I highly recommend!

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

This house was ideal for our weekend. Everything we needed was provided, and the extras pillows, towels, and toiletries were a nice touch. The pool water heater was a great addition, making the water perfect for the time of year ($10 a day was worth it) . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

We were very pleased with this home, it was very comfortable, and we loved the open nature of the layout. The outdoor area was very fun for fishing. The kitchen was very nice to use, though lacked some basic necessities such as kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well in the home. We especially loved the electric couch with the USB ports and reclining features. We will definitely come back to this house!

Had a great stay at Phil’s place! The pictures matched the space and it was so cozy! The kitchen had everything you could think of needing to cook. The heated pool was the best ending to our days out in the golf course and the parks. The bed was so comfy! Close to many golf courses and just a short drive to parks. Phil was responsive anytime I reached out. We had no hot water the 2nd day in and it was fixed within the hour! We will definitely bookmark for next time!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Everything was as described and the host was very responsive. We had a hiccup with no trash pick up, but the very understanding host accomodated. Internet was down most of the trip, but no fault of the host & we weren't there most of the day, so it wasn't a problem. Plenty of space, well decorated & comfortable. We used Uber & had Walmart deliver anything we needed which was right around the corner, (including alcohol!). All the parks were about a 30 ish minute ride, traffic is horrific (no matter where you are) which is why it was nice to use Uber. Awesome vacation overall!

Place was nice. It had a lot of amenities that we enjoyed. The game room and pool table was fantastic. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
