Monthly Rentals in Saint James City

We spent a week at this Airbnb on Pine Island (2 couples). We have been coming to Pine Island for years and it was by far our favorite stay. We loved the screened in outdoor area (much needed with all the bugs on Pine Island) and the heated pool was lovely. We took advantage of the dock and brought our boat and it was a perfect location, a very short ride to the intercostal. The Airbnb was nice inside and we felt very comfortable! As they do note, it is stocked with only basics to get your started so you will need to buy more soap, dishwasher detergent, etc if you’re staying more than a couple of days. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Airbnb!

Enjoyed this home so much! Such a blessing to be near my family and especially my granddaughters for Thanksgiving! The host is quick to respond and the home accommodated all my needs! I highly recommend!

Place was EXACTLY as listed. Our family has been going to Pine Island for three generations and we absolutely loved the new neighborhood and the option to stay in a beautiful home on a canal with easy access to everywhere we love to boat. The extras like beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were such a bonus. Great hosts - top rate!

Lauren was a gracious host and extremely responsive. She ensured my family's stay was top notch. She consistently reached out to see how our stay was going. This is our second time on Pine Island and we have noticed what is becoming a recurring theme, "AirBnB hosts on the island are different than other areas we have stayed in". The genuineness of the hosts really shines through on the island. We would definitely stay in Lauren's property again.
