Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Saint James City

Carol’s house was just as described and spotless, just like the pictures. She was a great host and communicated with us very well. She was very accommodating and pleasant to speak with. It was very quiet and peaceful just what we wanted. The pool and spa were great and couldn’t get enough. We will definitely be back and stay here again. The house makes you feel right at home when you come in. Thank you again.

Kim allowed for early check in! She was very responsive when we had a few questions. We can during a tropical storm and allowed us an 1hr later checkout. We were unable to get the outdoor fireplace to work but it was during the storm so possible it was windy and I never contacted Kim regarding this. We were 2 families 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was spacious and kitchen was perfect. Kids enjoyed the games provided along with the arcade and of course, their favorite was the pool and the closet full of full accessories / toys! Beautiful home we would definitely stay again! We did run a boat, but we had to cancel as there is a dog, but no lift. This wouldn’t be an issue if there wasn’t a storm.

We stayed at Gabriel‘s house with friends and 2 babies and we really enjoyed it! Gabriel was always there to help, when the dishwasher had a problem, he fixed it the same day. Can only recommend to stay there!

This house was perfect for the seven of us and the location was convenient for all of our activities. Very clean and well laid out. The pool was a nice bonus.

I had a wonderful time at Utopia’s resort. Very comfy couch, and endless tv options. I loved how close the home is to main roads, yet far enough away to feel private. I felt safe with the security cameras outside as well as ADT protecting the house. Definitely will stay again if I’m in the area!

Matthew was a great host. he is responsive. The home was super clean. I never felt unsafe. We came and went at all hours of the day and night. No problems.

Wonderful property, exactly as pictured. Great access to beach which was very private we were only ones there. The pool was a wonderful addition, very private and peaceful location and setting all around. The property even had all streaming apps available for you to use.

The Mermaid Oasis is a beautiful , peaceful resort. .. Patricia was a wonderful host .. everything you could possibly need she has provided . There is a lot of rebuilding still going on in Ft Myers .. but nothing that caused delays or inconveniences. The restaurant right next door ., Flippers .. was wonderful ! Would definitely book again … great stay !

Great place with all of the amenities needed for a perfect weekend away. Pickle ball, bocce, cornhole, basketball, heated pool and amazing workout facility. Has everything needed to enjoy your time in the sun. A great oasis

New property and it shows. Anne and Shane take great pride in offering clean and spotless homes. Absolute bonus are bikes and kayaks, explore mangroves, launch directly behind units. Hosts respond very quickly. They were considerate and flexible with check out for our late flight.

I recommend it to everyone, it's very attractive and peaceful with friendly people.

Very very Grateful for your help during our “between the hurricanes” stay.

This was the perfect waterfront getaway! The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. The patio and dock area were a lovely spot to relax. We brought our boat and were able to tie up to a the dock and not have to put it back on the trailer at night. There is plenty of parking. Lots of games to keep you entertained. It’s a short walk to a few great restaurants. The outdoor shower is a nice touch. We didn’t use the bikes or kayaks, but if we didn’t have the boat we would have taken advantage of them. Overall very cozy and fun stay. Exceptional communication from the owners. Would love to come back!
