Our boutique holiday home in Aidling-Riegsee has been open since May 2024. The cottage is new, stylish and very cozy, with fine materials, such as oak-fish-grat parquet, natural stone, high-quality textiles and box spring beds. This makes this cottage something very special. It has two small Kitchen-living room with upholstered seating area, two living rooms with 2 comfortable sofa beds, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4 of them. Natural stone shower, green furnished south-west terrace and 2 balconies.

"An der Linde" in Bernried am Starnberger See

Bernried - mehrfach schönstes Dorf Bayerns - liegt am Westufer des Starnberger Sees. Der unter Landschaftsschutz stehende Bernrieder Park (ca. 80 ha) bietet viele Wanderwege und direkte Zugänge zum See. Das kulturelle Angebot (u.a. Buchheim Museum) ist attraktiv. Von Bernried ist man auch mit dem ÖPNV schnell in München und in den Bergen. Unsere Ferienwohnung verbindet Altes und Modernes. Vier Generationen haben in diesem Haus ihre Spuren hinterlassen und machen aus diesem Ort etwas Besonderes.

Unsere mit Liebe, neu renovierte Wohnung, liegt idyllisch gelegen in der kleinen Siedlung Wachlehen ca. 3 km von der Stadt Miesbach entfernt. Sie befindet sich im EG mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem offenen Wohn- u Essbereich mit Zugang zur Westterrasse. Die zwei Schlafzimmer haben ein Boxspringbett. Ideal für eine kl. Familie oder 2 befreundete Paare. Um in das 2. Schlafzimmer zu gelangen muss man durch das Badezimmer gehen. Eigentlich nicht schlimm aber ich möchte darauf hinweisen.

Apartment in the Alpine foothills on the romantic street close to Landsberg am Lech. Within less than an hour's car, there is a lot to discover from here: the world-famous Munich, the old imperial city of Augsburg, Lake Ammersee and Lake Starnberg and the Bavarian Alps with the highest mountain in Germany, the Zugspitze in Garmisch Partenkirchen. Worthwhile excursion destinations are the castles Neuschwanstein and Linderhof, the Andechs Monastery and the Wieskirche.

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

Welcome to my cozy apartment overlooking the garden! The bright and airy atmosphere of this apartment will enchant you from the beginning. Large windows let in a lot of light and the surrounding greenery and create a pleasant atmosphere in which you like to linger. This spacious apartment offers enough space for up to 8 guests and is therefore ideal for larger groups or families. The two very large rooms provide plenty of space.

Our jewel is finally ready! The bright and luxurious loft (about 80 sqm) with roof terrace offers absolute seclusion and a unique view over Lake Ammersee. After our beautiful garden apartment in the basement, you can now get to know Villa Romenthal from a completely different angle: Under the historic roof beams, we welcome guests in our open 1-room loft with roof terrace. You can reach the beautiful Ammersee in about 900 m.
