Beautiful home and convenient location. The lanai with the pool was our favorite part! It was clean, well kept and had everything you needed. We will be back for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Delroy’s house. It was brand new and was extremely clean. It was bright and beautifully decorated. The office space was fantastic. We really liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and walkable. We really enjoyed sitting outside under the covered lanai watching the wildlife in the canal. Delroy was also very responsive. We highly recommend and would love to come back next year.

Needed a place for a quick trip to Florida and we found the perfect fit. Clean, cute and spacious 3 bedroom house with everything we needed. Spotless house with a great kitchen and living room, it’s bigger than what’s in the pictures. Host was fantastic, very responsive and provided great recommendations for the local spots. Would definitely stay here again!

Super clean spacious new house that exceeded our expectations. Short drive to the freeway to be anywhere quickly and convenient to lots of local shops as well. Super quiet and nice neighborhood. Zero issues and one of the best AirBnB experiences we’ve ever had. We didn’t want to leave!

Wow! We enjoyed our stay in Andreina's home! The house was beautiful! It was clean and smelled wonderful. We did not see one bug our entire stay. The decorations and furniture were very beachy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. Andreina provided body wash and shampoo. The backyard was amazing! There were beautiful palm trees and flowering plants. We enjoyed walking around the pathways to the pretty waterview. The natural setting was relaxing. We saw birds, geckos and rabbits. There were many options for sitting comfortably in lounge chairs, at tables, a swing or by the fire pit. Our routine was to have our morning coffee in the yard and benefit from the peaceful environment. We enjoyed watching the sunset on Manasota Beach which was a 5 minute drive away. Andreina was very responsive with any questions. I would highly recommend renting this home away from home if you are in the area. It was a lucky find and we hope to stay there again.

What a find! The house was clean, and finishes were new. Everything that you could need was provided. The best feature of the home were the pool and the canal. If you enjoy watching birds and nature, this is the place. We also enjoyed the nearby park with its trails and wildlife. Highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future. The host was very helpful and responsive.

We could not have found a better host or location to stay. The villa was very clean and spacious with plenty of amenities and a beautiful view. If we ever come back to Osprey, we will look here first for accommodations!

We loved our stay!! Being originally from the area, the home was convenient for us and where we wanted to be. We will definitely stay again!!

Marti was very quick to respond if i had a question. She supplies the guest with extra things like beach chairs and shell sifter and extra stuff guest can use ,instead of guest having to go buy or bring.

Enjoyed my solo stay here for 3 nights. Quaint, quiet, nice space for one person (or two!) Had everything I needed though I did not spend much time on the property. Clean, comfortable bed. Host reached out frequently to inquire about my experience and offered help as required.

Beautiful location with a short walk to the beach! Definitely peaceful and pretty private to have some time to relax. The home was clean and had everything we needed.

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

Our stay at Te’s was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described—super cozy, warm, and welcoming, with great energy throughout. It felt like a little sanctuary. She was responsive and went the extra mile to allow us an early check in and recommend a dinner spot for us to celebrate. Every detail contributed to a genuinely wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
