**Freshly remodeled ( completed in 2023) with new kitchens , baths, furniture and appliances. Walking distance to several bars/restaurants and only 4 miles (7minutes) to the beach. 2.5 hours to all the parks in Orlando. Bring your kayak! 1/4 mile direct access to Lemon Bay and the area is known as a kayakers paradise. New enclosed oversized outdoor shower with seating completed in 12/24.

Peaceful and Cozy place for all of your life needs

Home was just as pictures showed. We love to cook our own meals and kitchen had everything we needed. There were even some spices, coffee filters and a few pantry items. Beds were comfortable. We are picky with our pillows so we did purchase new. The living room seating was a little odd and not sufficient for all in our party to comfortably sit if watching the TV but we spent the majority of our time outside. The outdoor space was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, lanai and outdoor dining area. There were pool toys and noodles for our use. The gas grill was an added bonus and we grilled frequently. The park across the street added to our fun and we walked our pup every morning. Saw plenty of Florida wildlife and chatted with many friendly folks. Overall a win for us and would definitely stay again!

We loved the home. It was nice, clean and felt very homey. Had just enough, but not too much. Having all the linens and soaps was very nice and helpful. My dad who has a bad back loved the recliner in the living room. The beds were very comfortable. Even though we didn't get a chance to use it, It was nice having pods for the Keurig available to use. Gina and Sam were very nice, accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Wow! We enjoyed our stay in Andreina's home! The house was beautiful! It was clean and smelled wonderful. We did not see one bug our entire stay. The decorations and furniture were very beachy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. Andreina provided body wash and shampoo. The backyard was amazing! There were beautiful palm trees and flowering plants. We enjoyed walking around the pathways to the pretty waterview. The natural setting was relaxing. We saw birds, geckos and rabbits. There were many options for sitting comfortably in lounge chairs, at tables, a swing or by the fire pit. Our routine was to have our morning coffee in the yard and benefit from the peaceful environment. We enjoyed watching the sunset on Manasota Beach which was a 5 minute drive away. Andreina was very responsive with any questions. I would highly recommend renting this home away from home if you are in the area. It was a lucky find and we hope to stay there again.

Very nice place to stay. Perfect location to the beaches and nice restaurants/hang out spots that were very close. Very quiet and peaceful. September is a quiet month - not lots of tourists. Lovely place that was clean and nicely decorated. My only issue was that the shower water never got above luke warm. I like hot showers. Otherwise, very nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Igor’s place! The home was super clean & Igor had great communication the entire time. The WiFi was out due to the recent storm & without being asked Igor had a hotspot brought by so we could still have WiFi. Definitely recommend this home if you are looking for something cozy & clean! Very conveniently located to everything we needed, although most everything we needed was provided and easy to find. The beach easily accessible, and everything you could want to go to the beach, other than a swim suit, was provided. The home was comfortable and homey. Beds were comfortable. The fenced yard and outdoor furniture was perfect for relaxing. The only complaint we had was the night we got in late and ordered a pizza and wings. No one was impressed by the wings, but then we are from the greater Buffalo area. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here.

My son and his best friend stayed in Unit A recently and had a terrific time. Unit A is nicely appointed and updated, and was very comfortable for the 3 of us. We especially enjoyed the updated kitchen and the nice deck right out the front door. The deck is a super peaceful place to sit, and we saw many different birds from there including nesting Ospreys and a large American Egret that landed right on the deck railing while we were out there. The common area amenities are fantastic - table tennis, bean toss, and a super nice area to grill out and enjoy the space with friends or our neighbors in the same building as we did several times. We had such a good time that we're planning a return trip next year. Very highly recommended!!
