Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Charlotte County

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Gorgeous inside and out. Spent our days in the backyard by the pool relaxing and unwinding. House was super clean and well kept. Looking forward to someday returning.

The cottage was the perfect spot for a little vacation. Right across the street from the beach and right on the bay with a dock. It had all the amenities for a week long stay with a kitchen which is great when you have a little one but do know that the bedroom doesn't have enough room for a playpen while closing the door but it was not a problem since it was just the 3 of us. My daughter lived running around in her walker and swinging in the swing. Beautiful place to stay while visiting and hope to come back.

If I could afford this home , I would buy it ! We have stayed here twice , & both times have been AMAZING! Only 5 minute drive from the beach , only 1 minute drive from a Publix , CVS & Taco Bell ! Much more too…. We absolutely love this home and Sandra is so nice and let us check in early cause we arrived early. Englewood is a awesome town. The amenities this home comes with are awesome from a fully furnished home with more kitchen supplies than we have in our own house to bicycles , grille , fire pit , screened in outdoor room , outdoor shower. Just everything we love this place ! If you are on the fence about staying here , just go you will not be disappointed !

Brian is a great host, easy to communicate with and very responsive. This was our second stay. The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you may need. Feels very much like home while you are there. We enjoyed the lanai and pool area every day, along with the fenced back yard for our dog. Beach equipment was a plus for our beach days. This house makes for a wonderful stay in paradise. We love the house and the area and look forward to many returns.

Cee was a fabulous host! She helped me extend my stay twice and answered all questions quickly... including my son's curiosity about fishing bait! The house had tons of space for the family to enjoy. We loved the pool and dock access. It rained with bad weather brewing but we still had a great visit! We had a bon fire, grilled, swam, fished, shopped, painted fall decor with kids. It was just wonderful! Would love to come back again!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying here! It was beautiful and we had a great time! The one time we had an issue with the key code on the door, Pris was so so quick to respond. We really appreciated that and her timely responses.

This place is a gem! Marti is very responsive and helpful. It was a great getaway and being able to walk to the bay or the beach in literally less than 5 minutes was incredible. Marti supplies so many things which I found super considerate. The pool was my favorite part too!

Beautiful location. Hot tub was nice and hot. Serene and peaceful. Highly recommend

This was one of the best place we have ever stayed at. It’s absolutely beautiful!! You feel like you’re in a story book. The details and decor are amazing. Can’t wait to be back.

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

This place was so much fun! The property itself has so much to do and they promoted relaxing, gave us breakfast, and we’re super responsive to messages. This location is so adorable, wonderfully decorated, and really felt like a home away from home. Every little corner has something to offer.

Space is perfect for a couple. Tastefully decorated and sparkling clean. Close to shopping, dining and beaches. Property is nestled on a beautiful lot with lots of vegetation and shade on a quiet street. Kayaking is easily accessible. An easy walk to the backyard and you’re ready to hop in and enjoy the beautiful waterway behind the house for a day of exploration. The name says it all. You really feel as if you’re in a treehouse but with all the amenities! Shannon quickly responded to questions we had and is always proactive with information and suggestions! We have stayed with Shannon several times and plan to be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The hosts thought of every detail. We flew to Englewood so it was a plus to have umbrella and chairs for the beach. Would love to stay there again!
