Family-friendly vacation rentals in Rotonda West

This condo is exactly as it was described in the listing. It was pristine and had everything we needed when we arrived. Bill responded immediately when we texted with a question. Love this area of Florida. It was peaceful and beautiful! Short distance to eateries and things to do. Loved walking or taking a golf cart ride around the marina where you see manatees and an occasional dolphin and listening to the conch shell blown at sunset. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is our second year of staying here. Our hosts were very helpful and even left us little treats to welcome us. We arrived on November 8th, 2024. Weeks prior to arrival, they kept us updated on the progress of Hurricane cleanup. Their home is the perfect location. You can enjoy the ocean just across the street or the pool and hot tub with a view of the channel. Their home is clean and includes so many items that would need on this vacation. They were always willing to answer our questions as well as suggestions to make our trip even better. We feel perfectly at home here and can't wait to return next year.

Our stay this week at "Our American Dream" was truly a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations. This charming abode turned out to be the perfect choice for our vacation, and we couldn't have been happier with the warm and welcoming atmosphere it provided. The location of this Airbnb is an absolute gem. With an array of restaurants, the allure of Siesta Key Beach, and the vibrant activities of Downtown Sarasota all within a stone's throw, we found ourselves spoiled for choice when it came to things to do. The convenience of being in proximity to national parks and shopping malls was also a noteworthy advantage, making it so easy to explore the area. Walking into the home, we were immediately taken by the thoughtfulness put into the recent renovations. The modern kitchen, complete with brand-new appliances including a washer and dryer, proved to be a handy addition to our stay. Great vacation at Mikes! (Again!) Very nice home in a very nice neighborhood with a very nice pool and hot tub. We have rented from Mike a few times and honestly, I would never rent in Florida from anyone else. The property is as advertised and anything you might need is one text message away. I Highly recommend this house as well as any of Mike’s other properties. The peace of mind, knowing that if you have a question, it will be answered, if you have a glitch, it will be fixed, and that the house will be spotless, is priceless.

Our fourth trip ❤️ - what a great price point and central location! We spent most of our time at Manasota beach and found LOTS of sharks teeth. Thank you once again for sharing your property! You know we will be back again!!

Another wonderful stay at Diane’s villa.Everything anybody can want on a vacation ,lovely villa ,very peaceful location,driving distance to beaches and large choice of restaurants.We had our flight home to UK cancelled due to hurricane Helene but Diane checked in on us all the time and allowed us to rearrange our departure which was such a relief.Not an experience we wish to repeat but look forward to a return visit next spring.

We absolutely loved our stay at Madeline’s! Her home is lovely, super comfy, and so well stocked. We felt like we were right at home! We were so worried about our trip after the hurricanes, but Madeline worked hard to make sure everything was perfect for her visitors and really out did herself! She was so easy to communicate with and super responsive when we had questions both before and during our stay. The backyard and location are huge bonuses! We would book this gem with her again anytime!

Excellent location for dining, walking, pickleball, and just blocks from waterfront. The cottage was spacious and well equipped with what was needed. Everything was comfortable and new inside. Hosts were great! Highly recommend this place.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

House was great, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if available whenever we’re in the area. The host was super responsive and helpful when needed.

Well laid out home. Kitchen well stocked with dinnerware, glasses, pots, coffee pot and Keurig. Very clean home. Neighborhood was very quiet.

The house is super clean & the beds were very comfortable, with soft bedding & sheets. FYI - there are no TV's in the bedrooms but we had no issue with that since we don't have them in our bedrooms at home. There extra pillows in the closets which we appreciated because we sleep with multiple pillows. There's a Keurig AND a drip coffee maker (you have to look in the cabinet for that) which is great. I found one blow dryer in the hall bathroom so the house DOES have that. We loved having full access to the garage, & there are 2 bikes with helmets that you can use to tool around the neighborhood, which I did and was pleased with the views and the friendliness of the neighbors. The curtains in the master bedroom quite sheer and there are blinds but they did not block the light well so expect to have light streaming in fairly early in the mornings. We got used to it and it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, the house and location are great and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Turtle Nest retreat. It was nicely furnished and fully supplied with items needed. The view of the water and sunsets were amazing. Dana was very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely recommend Turtle Nest Resort!

Melissa's place was perfect. Great location to a lot of things, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space, clean, and comfy. Felt right at home!

Great value for the location. Proximity to restaurants and the beach are outstanding. Pool and hot tub were well taken care of and the interior was very clean.

Really enjoyed my time here! Heated pool was amazing and great during the warm weather snap in February - used it multiple times a day. Kitchen was fully stocked - evertyhing you would need. Great communication before, during and after my stay and Dawn's documents explained everything. Internet worked flawlessly as I had to work daily. Hung out on the covered patio daily and even right on the golf course, it was still very peaceful and relaxing. On a culdesac so not a lof of through traffic - very peaceful neighborhood!

Updated modern unit. Best shower head and water pressure. Enjoyed trying out new restaurants, bars, and shops in the South Village. Loved the large heated pool and quick access to beach. Only thing missing was a view, but would definitely stay again.

The home was very spacious and comfortable. Because I do a lot of cooking, I was grateful the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, baking glassware, and lots of cooking utensils. The rest of the house was also well-stocked--plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels, etc. The lanai area had plenty of seating and was a great area to hangout around the pool. We had family visit for a week and the kids (and adults) loved the pool. Jennifer was great to work with--good communicator, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Larisa’s place was exactly what we needed for our family vacation nice heated pool and the place was clean and organized,big master bath with a separate tub. Less than 10 minutes from the beach with all the supplies you may need totally recommend this place to anyone

Paul’s house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We found the house clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were nice beach chairs and beach towels to use and the pool was well heated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Paul was quick to respond to our question we had. It’s definitely a place we will stay again.

Me and my family (husband and three kiddos ages 5, 3, and 1) just finished our stay at Laura’s. The house was perfect! Our kiddos LOVED the pool. The toys were an added plus, especially for my 3 year old boy. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had everything we needed!! One tip is to bring your own coffee! I highly recommend this place!

Very nice stay at Jim and Judy's beautiful home. We had everything we needed and more for our family vacation. We highly recommend this home with a great pool. The beaches nearby are fanastic with lots to do. We would love to vacation here again!

I had a few questions at the beginning and Gregg responded promptly. The house was neat and tidy, loved the quietness of the neighborhood. We enjoyed the wildlife I even brought my binoculars lol, The kids & I got to see a baby gator. We enjoyed the pool and the weather was great. Definitely will be back… Thank you
