Vacation rentals with a patio in Riviera di Levante

We stayed in Nicolò's beautiful house from August 4 to 18, me, my wife and our 2 children aged 8 and 9. We had a great time. We took great advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors and the comfortable pool of the residence. We've never had any parking issues The sea can be reached by car in minutes by car.

Matteo was very welcoming and responded promptly to any questions and also gave us recommendations for local restaurants.The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, like home, it was a wonderful experience to remember.

Staying at Riccardo's Airbnb was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The space was exactly as advertised—immaculately clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It's clear that Riccardo has put a lot of thought into creating a perfect environment for his guests. Riccardo was an exceptional host, always available to answer any questions and offering great recommendations for local activities and dining. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort made the stay even more enjoyable. In summary, my experience at Riccardo's Airbnb went above and beyond my expectations. Cozy, stylish and very spacious apartment in very nice and well-kept surroundings! Everything very clean, private and tranquil. Free and uncomplicated parking right around the corner. Short distances to the beach, cafes and small nice vegetable and grocery stores - we felt very comfortable!

Amazing place, great location

We had a lovely stay in Bogliasco, the view from the balcony is really beautiful. Apartment is as advertised. It may be troublesome to find a parking spot in Bogliasco though - in the street in front of the house it's allowed to park only for residents, and there are only few places in Bogliasco that you can park (especially for free).

Everything is perfect

We had such a great stay at La Molina. Beautiful mountains and forests. Great places to eat in walking distance. Trattoria Luciana is fabulous for home cooked food and a great bar, cafe. Farnocchia as well. Andrea is a really nice guy and responded immediately and was very caring. The house is very characterful and traditional, and well furnished. We enjoyed the log fire, even though the house was naturally warm without it in October. We didn’t need to use the central heating. The parking space by the road is great and you need to carry bags across the bridge to the house, which was fine for us. The river would be a great place to swim in summer. The walking in the mountains is very special. You’d need months and months to walk all the very well signposted paths. We are missing it already!

We hade a nice stay, the is house fully equipped and the location in the middle of the forest is very beautiful.

To find the accommodation, a big thank you to Samanta for these instructions because the accommodation is located in small pedestrian streets quite similar, in a beautiful and authentic village. The accommodation is spacious, very well-equipped and clean. Samanta was attentive and very nice in the various exchanges we were able to have. If you're looking for a cute house in the heart of the mountains with proximity to the city and beaches, go for it. I highly recommend it.

Great location and for large group.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

I booked this bed and breakfast for my son, it had a great time.

Very great apartment!!! Plenty of space, nicely furnished, everything you need (kitchen fully equipped for more than 4 people), comfortable beds, beautiful small balcony overlooking the sea. Not the picturesque area, it is in one of four or five multi-story apartment blocks, but quiet and only two minutes to the sea and less than five minutes to the old town. Uncomplicated and fast responding landlord. Parking space right by the house. The best restaurant of Noli is also just around the corner (Locanda dei Barnabiti, definitely try it!). Everything was perfect for two days by the sea with two kids. There was even a beach bag, plus five huge beach towels and 50s sun milk! Coffee and tea were there. Etc etc. It was actually missing: Nothing. *****

My favorite stop on my tour of Italy. Enchanting. Getting a little lost on the stairs is part of the magical journey of Riomaggiore. Can’t wait to come back to this spot

Very friendly welcome from Matteo and his mom. They were smiling and gave us lots of tips and recommendations on city and surrounding services. The accommodation is ideally located 10 minutes (by walking kindly) from the train station to go to the Cinque Terre. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful, clean place in fantastic location. Views were even better than the photos. Balcony and yard felt very private. Had no intentions of using the jacuzzi, but after all the walking and hiking, it was exactly what we needed and used it both nights of our stay. We weren't sure which village to stay in but Riomaggiore turned out to be our favorite--especially appreciated the nearby elevator which takes you right down into town. Via dell'Amore was closed due to heavy rains the previous days, but we found trails open in Corniglia and hiked to Vernazza--spectacular views and a wonderful restaurant just before you get to Vernazza. Also grabbed a small bite at FuorOtta in Riomaggiore--walked in, no reservation. Only regret was not having a full meal here--food was outstanding. Francesca was a great communicator before and during our stay. Provided helpful recommendations on everything from taxi service to trails to restaurants. This place is a hidden gem--book it!

Such a welcome host Federico ! Thank you once again! :) Place well equipped with nice quite calm terrace view. It’s a great escape from towns and overcrowded cities and if you still fancy for that it just 10 min. away by car or Bolt (tax). There is really great pizzeria restaurant just 5 min. walking distance from the place. Would recommend for all… And I’m planning to get back my self ;)
