We just had a wonderful vacation at Valerio's house, located in a charming place, with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Rapallo. The house is perfectly equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The spaces are spacious and bright and there is a cozy and familiar atmosphere from the first moment. The location is ideal for those looking for tranquility and natural beauty of enchanting landscapes, with a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing on hot summer days... while maintaining the opportunity to reach the sea in just 10 minutes! A special thank you goes to the hosts, Valerio and Michela, who were extremely kind and helpful. Always ready to provide useful tips and ensure our stay was perfect in every aspect. The ideal place for those looking for relaxation, natural beauty and a really pleasant welcome. We can't wait to get back!

Well-decorated, well-kept, clean and functional house. The living room is comfortable as the house is structured with dedicated spaces that allow guests to find the comforts necessary for their needs. Convenient parking in the nearby square without available. Host attentive and active in resolving even the small issues. Fast and clear communication. Recommended

We just came back from a long weekend and Betty and Roby's place and we absolutely loved it! The taverna is so cosy and welcoming, we felt at home straight away. The kitchen is supplied with all you need to cook if you wish to do so, and we did cook most of our meals, only once we went for dinner in Pruno at Locanda del Poveromo and we highly recommend it. The scenery around is stunning and there are lots of walks you can do. We didn't have great weather so we didn't go hiking but enjoyed some relaxing and quiet time in the house instead, we needed it and we loved it. We met one of the neighbours and she was really quirky and friendly. The place is easy to find and Elisabetta was super responsive if we needed anything. She met us at check in (late in the evening) and check out (early in the morning), and she brought us breakfast every morning. Every day something different but equally delicious, what a treat! I definitely recommend if want peace, beauty and a gracious host.

Isabella's AirBnB is really beautiful, the views a dream. We felt really comfortable here. Isabella and co. were accommodating, very friendly and helpful with all topics. Glad to come back!

I stayed for 3 nights in this place, it's cozy and clean. In addition to the coffee machine, for free use, there are bottles of wine and beer in the house, which have been made to us already in the fridge, and some snacks (cookies, taralli), which can be consumed with a small surcharge. I found it a very nice idea! The house is in a strategic position to visit both La Spezia and Massa and surroundings both in Liguria and Tuscany. Communication has always been easy and everything was as described. Very flexible check-in and check-out, Giovanni is really kind! Simple but functional house, I recommend it!

Super romantic, cozy unique location. What a view! And wonderfully warm by the stove or in the bench in the sun. We felt incredibly rich!

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

We had a great time. The apartment is furnished with taste and attention to detail, it has everything you need to feel at home. Every night, watching the sunset from the magnificent terrace, it was a priceless dream, the view is of a poignant beauty. Renata was a very welcoming host and the apartment is gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans. The wine at the winery is delicious also! Being in the middle of the vineyard was very peaceful and quiet. The location is easy to find and 20-30 min from Alba/Barolo/Barbaresco area for easy exploring. Highly recommend staying here!

Apartment located in a strategic position to reach the seafront and all the amenities offered by the beautiful city of Viareggio. The interior of the house is exactly as described. Responsive and friendly host.

We spent a week in this little house in the woods but also close to other homes. It's really a gem surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful garden where you can eat and relax. The location is great, very close to every useful service. Benedetta was always helpful and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment is even better than in the pictures, large, comfortable, illuminated, equipped. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main points of the historic center, station, pharmacy, supermarket, bus stop. Annalisa is extremely attentive and available, it made no effort so that, promptly, we had what was needed. I highly recommend it.

The house is fabulous the views over the valley are exceptional the only negative is the drive up to the villa and indeed the villa driveway was very challenging

A property nestled in the hills among the vineyards, professionally equipped kitchen, fantastic outdoor and indoor spaces for children, perfect sleeping area and bathrooms. Living area with billiards and foosballs beautiful, the only sign that I feel like having small children have a sofa at the very large living area. We will definitely be back in both summer and winter

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

Villa rented for a birthday with friends. Cristina went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Very attentive and accommodating. It was absolutely perfect. Beautiful place with amazing views, all comforts (including baby gear) is present and even more. Even more beautiful in real life than in photos.

We had a lovely stay in october, large spacious villa, with lots of space. Marvelous location with good restaurants reasonably close. Road up to villa not suitable for large cars, but can be solved with a bit of careful slow driving.

Absolutely stunning location. The views from the balcony and bedrooms are incredible. The gardens are full of lemon and orange trees which are beautiful. You can join the Blue Path at the bottom of the garden and walk to Vernazza and Corniglia. Pietro is really nice, offering lifts to pick us up in his car after a long walk. The only problem we had was the bedroom on the middle level isn't well insulated and was cold for us (it is December) but the other rooms were fine once the electric heaters had time to warm up. It's worth noting that access to the property is by relatively steep steps.
