We just had a wonderful vacation at Valerio's house, located in a charming place, with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Rapallo. The house is perfectly equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The spaces are spacious and bright and there is a cozy and familiar atmosphere from the first moment. The location is ideal for those looking for tranquility and natural beauty of enchanting landscapes, with a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing on hot summer days... while maintaining the opportunity to reach the sea in just 10 minutes! Great choice from us to choose Ilaria's offer. Suffice it to say that the house is located in an incredible historic center, and close to as many places of cultural and artistic interest. The interior of the house is just as it appears in the listing and only due to the presence of many accessories in the kitchen and living room, it gave the impression that Ilaria had given us the keys to her house. If we return to the area or someone will ask us for accommodation suggestions, we will definitely consider it.

Isabella's AirBnB is really beautiful, the views a dream. We felt really comfortable here. Isabella and co. were accommodating, very friendly and helpful with all topics. Glad to come back!

We had a very nice vacation at Claudia's place. The house and pool are actually much nicer than the pictures show. There is enough space and the garden and pool are opaque. There is a dog who screams something in the evening, which has rather led to amusement with us. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Roberta's place! She was super friendly and helpful. The space was clean and cozy, with good private parking. Our dog loved it too! The homemade olive oil she makes was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Great host, welcoming and responsive. A great breakfast will be offered. The proximity to the train station is great but not inconvenient for people who are sensitive to noise.

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

We had a great time. The apartment is furnished with taste and attention to detail, it has everything you need to feel at home. Every night, watching the sunset from the magnificent terrace, it was a priceless dream, the view is of a poignant beauty. One of the best Airbnb experiences you've ever had. Marek is a great host. The house is even better than what you see in the photo: pleasant, well kept, cozy, and very clean. Also, great location. Close to downtown, but with plenty of parking for the car around. On the next trip to Viareggio, we'll definitely be back! Thanks again Marek for your availability and hospitality!

Lovely location, very peaceful in December but with lots to do and see. Manarola is the nicest of the 5 villages imho and Irma’s apartment is very well located. It was also a bonus being there on Dec 8 when the Xmas lights get switched on at Manarola.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location. There were 3 retrievers in the garden, which wasn't a problem. BUt bear this in mind if you don't like dogs.

We were there with two families/4 days - in October, which is unfortunately more the usual rainy season in Tuscany. Nevertheless, we always had pleasantly mild temperatures, even sunny days, and a great vacation. The house is just wonderful, there is just nothing missing! After the sauna, we were also able to use the pool well, and for us "northern lights" the temperatures were summery and perfect for excursions (so not too hot ). The location is totally idyllic and ideal for excursions to Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta but also to smaller mountain villages in the vicinity (Metato, etc.).

The house is fabulous the views over the valley are exceptional the only negative is the drive up to the villa and indeed the villa driveway was very challenging

We had a wonderful stay - 4 adults and 3 children. The villa is beautiful and exactly as described. Was too cold to use the pool and the outside area, but we made full use of the wonderful kitchen and the games / recreation area. Marta was an amazing host, and was particularly helpful with local restaurant recommendations and bookings, as well as a delightful wine tasting recommendation and booking. Highly recommended, and we are already discussing when we can go back.

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

We had a lovely stay in october, large spacious villa, with lots of space. Marvelous location with good restaurants reasonably close. Road up to villa not suitable for large cars, but can be solved with a bit of careful slow driving.

Absolutely stunning location. The views from the balcony and bedrooms are incredible. The gardens are full of lemon and orange trees which are beautiful. You can join the Blue Path at the bottom of the garden and walk to Vernazza and Corniglia. Pietro is really nice, offering lifts to pick us up in his car after a long walk. The only problem we had was the bedroom on the middle level isn't well insulated and was cold for us (it is December) but the other rooms were fine once the electric heaters had time to warm up. It's worth noting that access to the property is by relatively steep steps.

We had a lovely stay. Fantastic house. Easy and fast communication. Elena recommended two restaurants which were all absolutely fantastic.
