A very cosy place with a fantastic view, a great terrasse, 30 seconds away from swimming in the sea. Matteo provide clear and very useful informations and is quick to answer. The only little concern in wintertime is the availability of boat trips around the peninsula as everything ends at 16h15 but the paths around the peninsula are truly spendid we'll be happy to come back

The sea close to the house, the ease with which you can reach, and the well-organized spaces of the property, are not enough to describe the place. It is an immersive feeling in the sea life that you feel, above all it represents the authenticity of Genoa: sincere in its strengths and faults, however and always itself. Corrado's beautiful home is a part of his personality, telling us about his experiences, his lived stories, always coherent and never trivial. It was a beautiful emotion. Have a good trip Corrado, I think we'll see you again.

This little town is a home run if you really want to get a taste of the Chinqua. Just remember everything is a pill from the train station. And then once you get into town, this unit has about 60 to 70 stairs to get to the front door. And then it’s on, the first floor, in American standards that’s the second floor one floor above ground level. I just can’t say enough about this host in this property. I’m on week four of traveling all over Italy and this unit is in a great location, and the owner has reallyprovided many things helpful for travelers that I don’t see in a lot of properties. I highly recommend this place and I would stay there again! I also love the video she sent of how to find the door to the unit, super helpful as I came in late on the train and it brought me right to the front door.

Great location. Great Airbnb with good water pressure and lots of hot water. We used the wash machine a lot. It was very helpful as had a long stay there. Luca was responsive and came to unclog the shower drain when it needed it.

Very nice, authentic accommodation in a special location directly on the sea. We felt very comfortable and most beautiful of course the terrace overlooking Portovenere at sunset. Catarina is wonderful host.

in Vincento's house We had a very successful holiday. apartment very well equipped and clean. A big plus is access to the garden, and our kids could spend a lot of time outdoors. A parking spot close to the house. The tips and recommendations left in the apartment were very helpful. We took advantage of a few suggestions. Contacting the owner was hassle-free. highly recommend! Thank you for everything 🩷

Few faces for a super host like Marco. We had various misadventures and needed and she was very helpful. The apartment was really nice, clean and tidy. A stone's throw away you are on the marina and the entire walk along the sea. Highly recommended
