Host and location are outstanding. You will not find a more responsive host! Martha was full of ideas, suggestions and acted like our own personal booking agent. She met us to guide us to the apartment, ask about our interests and then made suggestions for the best way to spend our time here. We followed ALL her suggestions and had a great trip to this area. If you decide to do any excursions or ‘extra’s’, be sure to have Martha assist you as she got us some great discounts. The location is very, very convenient to the train, restaurants, boat dock and hiking. If you like hiking, no need for public transportation! We chose to do our hiking one way and enjoy a ferry or train back to our temporary home.

Excellent! Beautiful view from the balconies, just 3-5 min walk from the train station and close to the hiking routes as well as restaurants, grosery store and the city centre. Gianluca / Elia was very friendly and always ready to answer all questions. Would come again any time!

I had a great stay at Paolo's apartment! Paolo was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, both before and during the trip. He provided fantastic tips ahead of time and was always quick to respond to questions, which was incredibly helpful. He even allowed for an earlier check-in and later check-out, which made the experience even more convenient. The location of the apartment was quite good, just an 8-minute walk to bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants. However, do keep in mind that it's located on a bit of an uphill, so that's something to be aware of if you're walking around a lot. As for the apartment itself, it was very clean and had all the amenities one could need. The fully stocked kitchen and washing machine were definite highlights, making the stay feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here—thank you, Paolo, for being such a great host!

The stay went very well and Federica was very friendly. The apartment is really comfortable, quality bedding, all the necessary amenities and the little extras: coffee/tea, a complete guide to discover Genoa. We felt welcomed in the best way possible. If I had to go back to Genoa, I wouldn't hesitate to take a reservation again!

Just back from a fantastic stay in Viareggio at Silvia’s place. Excellent location. 5 minute walk to passigata and heart of centre. Silvia was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and a late check out. Lovely back balcony too. Our 9 and 12 year old loved the bikes we hired from pineta and we cycled all over exploring on the cycle lanes. Great base for train to Cinque Terre for day and Florence and Lucca. Would stay again if we returned!

Had a great time here. Apartment was spotlessly clean and the welcome we received was second to none from Milena and her son. Lots of local recommendations and things to do. Close enough to the train station to be able to visit numerous villages along the Ligurian coast and to visit the beautiful city of Genoa. A number of bars and restaurants available in the town along with supermarkets if you decide to eat in. Would I stay again? Absolutely! Thank you Massimo and family ♥️

We felt comfortable as a family and enjoyed our time in the apartment very much. The five of us had plenty of space, the amenities were great and especially the terrace was great! The beach (on foot) and the mountains ( by car) were easy to reach!

Iris has a wonderful place. She personally greeted us, gave wonderful restaurant and travel suggestions and was responsive to questions. The apartment is well equipped and has everything we needed for in house cooking and for storing groceries. Bed was comfortable and lots of extra pillows and blankets as needed. High-quality location and host!

Five-star guests, just like space. Always available for any question and an out-of-the-ordinary sympathy. The location cannot be better: 1 minute walk from the center but in a beautiful building and in a beautiful and quiet place. Near the station and ideal place to base the visits to Cinque Terre. The house was full of details that made us feel good and the kitchen well filled with the precise and much more, including water, drinks, olive oil, salt, paste and even pesto. It couldn't be better.

Sarah and Fiore’s apartments was magnificent. The photos on the AirBnB site could never do it justice. Beautifully and interestingly appointed, the views out to the Ligurian Sea and surrounding cliff-side townships were something special. We were given detailed instructions on how to reach the property (it is a tricky area) and some terrific suggestions of where to enjoy the local cuisine and sights. Would highly recommend.

Stefania’s place is a truly hidden gem! This apartment is exactly what you need for a luxury relaxed weekend just a short bike-ride from Forte dei Marmi city center. My friends and I spent there few days to celebrate a hen party and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ask for; there is coffee and snacks, and it was spotlessly clean! Also Stefania was so kind to leave us fresh croissants outside the door for both mornings we stayed there, a really nice gesture. We asked her to manage a late checkout and she let us stay until 3pm, so we could enjoy the typical Forte dei Marmi Sunday market and an amazing lunch by the seaside. So this is definitely the right place to book!

By far the best views in all of Manarola! Bed was so comfy and very easy check in. Would highly recommend :)

**Review for our Airbnb** We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! A crucial plus for us was the parking, which ensured us a stress-free arrival and mobility during the entire stay. The location is ideal: within walking distance there is a supermarket, a gas station and numerous other shops that have covered all our needs. The city itself has a charming character, and we really appreciated how well everything was accessible by car. Whether restaurants, attractions, or leisure activities, it was all just a short ride away. The place was clean, well equipped and cozy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would come back anytime!
