We had a wonderful time at Marina's beautiful house! The children all absolutely loved the pool, and we have everything we needed in the house for living comfortably. The views are spectacular! And with Lucca only a short drive away we were spoiled for choice with things to do. Marina and Paulo were very friendly and helpful, with local recommendations and booking restaurants etc. It's definitely a holiday we'll remember and I would 100% recommend staying here! Grazie mille!!

Martina’s place exceeded expectations! It is tucked away among the olive groves giving you the REAL Tuscany experience. The farmhouse is stunning. All the bedrooms are spacious along with the bathrooms. Plenty of linens. Great place to have celebrations or family reunions. We really enjoyed our stay and are ready to go back to experience more!!

We had a lovely time in the house. The house has all the facilities you need, even the kitchen has all the cooking utensils you can think of. The appartment is spacious with good bedrooms. The pool was also delicious. Not to mention the wine cellar with delicious wines. A location to come back to.

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and explained to us the area and the sights. The house is very nicely located with a wonderful view over the countryside. It has everything you need and there is plenty of storage space. The details are thought out and tasteful. The lower bedroom is bright and spacious and the upper is super cozy. I especially want to praise the beds. The mattresses are comfortable and firm, the blankets were pleasantly warm (October and rain) the pillows narrow and firm. We slept very well and recovered very well. We saw various historical places in the area, the cinque terre, we were hiking in the area and the Alpe apuani. One day it rained, but you can also bear that well in this house. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Giacomo's was very nice. We were a group of 6 and had good space in and around the house. The kitchen had everything relevant, the beds are comfortable and the garden is mega large and beautiful. Giacomo and his parents are very nice people, we even received a cake which was very very tasty. Giacomo also gave us tips for the area and accommodated our needs. We thank Giacomo and his parents for the lovely stay!

A fantastic place to relax and unwind. The garden, views, and the property itself were wonderful. We wish we could have stayed longer. Roberta was an excellent host.

We stayed in 3 couples of motorcyclists, we had a very good time, a beautiful villa. We had some difficulties on the last stretch of dirt off the property due to the presence of mud and puddles. FABIO was very clear and helpful and his collaborator was very helpful. Extremely positive rating.

This beautifully restored collection of properties gave us the perfect mix of peaceful surroundings with the ability to meet and mix with other visitors from different countries if and when we wanted. Aperitives in the gardens are a must and can be followed by supper with fresh local produce expertly cooked and served by Paolo and Kitty (thankyou). The pool is fantastic, really clean and well maintained with adequate choices of seating and loungers for all. We had a wonderful five night stay and only wished we'd booked longer, I guess that we'll have to return!!

Patrizia’s house is a lovely place in a lovely little village. It is really well equipped and a pleasure to stay in. The bus to Moneglia was regular and meant that we didn’t need a car. We had a great time and Patrizia was an excellent communicator. Thank you for a great holiday.

We had a very good vacation with our 10-month-old son. Everything we needed was present in the apartment. Furthermore, the view was super nice, you are in a very quiet place. Christina and her family live there too, but you have plenty of privacy! Road to unpaved the last 200 meters, which is especially challenging for your car but this also went fine. Very nice quiet place to cinque terre, Portovenere, lerici etc. To visit! Had a great vacation! Communication with Christina very well, she responds within a short time and helps you with questions.

Amazing place in beautiful surroundings! The house is absolutely stunning and kept in pristine condition. Really easy to find and with very clear check in instructions. Our kids loved having their own bedroom and our dog loved the back yard space! Highly recommended

We had a great stay together with our 2 children aged 10 and 13. Gino and Margherita are particularly friendly and helpful people and also provide enough privacy. The house is spacious, clean and the air conditioning worked great, which is important with these warm temperatures to keep it pleasant. The sunsets from the terrace are beautiful. The pool is large and very nice to cool off in!

We hade a nice stay, the is house fully equipped and the location in the middle of the forest is very beautiful.

This place has everything one needs when looking for a vacation where our family with two parents and 4 grown kids could spend time together but still choose to have a secluded spot. Very clean (and I am super-picky…) fresh beddings, extremely comfy beds, large bedrooms with en suite large bathrooms. Kitchen so very equipped, we could cook anything we wanted, all needed utensils where there. The pool area was perfect. And the best part, so quiet and tranquil, and a nice walk to city center. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect holiday spot in northern Italy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house is very comfortable, in a unique location and with a beautiful 360-degree view of the countryside. Large spaces, both inside and outside, well equipped. This is our second time coming and this time it was a wonderful vacation! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Sonia’s place for a month and loved it. The house was spotless. The kitchen was so well equipped and spacious. It felt like home at the end of the month, we didn’t want to leave! Sonia was very accommodating with various members of our family arriving and departing during our stay. Sonia is a great host and made us feel very welcome. The location is beautiful, peaceful and private. We are definitely coming back soon.!

This is one of the best places we stayed at - ever. Lia and Vicki were the most hospitable hosts you can think of, always friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until the end of the week we stayed there. The house is in a quiet surrounding outside Lucca, but you can reach the center in 10 mins by car, and they told us which parking lots to take. We made trips to many destinations in the area, as they are easily reachable. But most important was that it felt like home for us. Thanks a lot and we hope to come again.

I celebrated my 50th Birthday with 7 dear friends at Umberto's house last week - it was beyond perfect! This was my first trip to Tuscany and definitely won't be my last. Umberto, Sheriff and Valentina are extremely warm hosts and the house is huge! I still don't think I visited every room! There is so much space that we ate in a different room every night! We didn't hire a car, however, Umberto gave us the contact details for Mr Manrico who did all of our airport runs, trips to Lucca, and trips to a local winery - this made our trip so much more relaxing and obviously we could all enjoy a drink too! A well stocked supermarket is a 15 minute stroll if you don't mind walking along a road and we were happy to do that. Chef Giovanni on the last night was wonderful - a real treat and in a fabulous house! Thank you to Umberto for making our stay so wonderful!

We stayed 11 very nice days in Elisa's cottage . Even the welcome of Giovanni and his wife Irina was very warm and straightforward! The area is super nice, we were able to make great hikes right from the house, and the quiet location was a dream! The beach was quickly accessible by car and also the mountains in the hinterland of Lucca, which offer great opportunities for hiking! The accommodation was very nicely decorated and cozy , everything you need , we felt completely comfortable!

Place gives the authentic feel of nativeness. Very peaceful. Pablo is always proactive and responsive. Great local recommendations and perfect description of the place. You will feel right at home and Pablo as your friend. Highly recommend!!!!
