Tiny house vacation rentals in River Medway

Very kind and warm hosts, who have thought of everything you could possibly need for a relaxing weekend. The sauna was great on a chilly winters day, I was lucky enough to see loads of stars on my first evening, and there were many lovely walks to do directly from the hut. Felt very safe as a solo traveller. Would return again!

The hut was so cozy and had a beautiful view of a pond. There was plenty of cooking equipment and a fridge provided to keep our food fresh. Grant provided towels and the bed was comfortable with fresh linen. Grant gave amazing recommendations for places to walk my pup and there were some lovely pubs for lunch just a short drive away. The only thing I’d recommend is a little scrub of the bathroom area of the shower as it’s very close to the outdoors, there was a congregation of spiders and webs all around the corner of the showers and soap residue on the shower door and shower pipes.

What a fantastic weekend we had in Sue’s cabin. Felt very off-grid but able to access the outside world if we wanted to. So cosy and warm, lovely shower, just very peaceful. Perfect if you want to do nothing and be undisturbed. We went to Wakehurst, which was stunning. Fantastic food and a lovely welcome at The Fox pub nearby. Thank you for your warm welcome Sue.

The only fault we could find- it was hard to find any! Was that more cooking utensils would be good. Everything else top notch, clean, welcoming, cosy and relaxed

We loved staying in the Bothy, the place was peaceful and such a comfy bed. We spent most of the time playing games on front of the fire. There were plenty of walking routes right from the door step. Perfect for us, we hope to return soon!

This was our third time staying at The Barn and we will certainly be back again! We instantly feel settled and comfortable in this perfect set-up. It’s located in the most amazing spot with cute shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Our dog feels super comfortable being there and having the small garden is ideal. Cath is delightful and responsive with her messages. We felt very welcomed and were grateful for the thoughtful touches on arrival. Can’t wait for visit number four!

Elizabeth's place is a lovely, relaxing property, off the beaten track. I have stayed before and love the views and would stay again. Be aware that the roads to the property are single track and you may have to pull over to pass other vehicles but well worth the effort.

A beautiful tiny home in a perfect location! It was really cosy and had everything you would need for a weekends stay. Joanne was really helpful and super quick to response if we needed anything! Would definitely go back in the summer!

Me my husband and our Dog had a quiet few days away at Sonia's cottage. Sonia and her husband were great ,very helpful and gave us some good recommendations of places to go and where was dog friendly to go and eat. The accommodation was beautiful and had everything that we needed. it was exactly the break away we needed., and we would love to come back to relax and explore more of the area. I would highly recommend this Sonia's place to any one looking for a quite get away in a lovely area

The apartment was extremely clean and tidy with a really lovely personal and modern touch to the interior. Instructions were clear and easy to obtain the keys, find the parking and the apartment. The location is brilliant within short walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops and bars and only a short drive into the centre of Brighton and the beach. They are also dog friendly which made things even more special for us as we were able to bring our beloved dog along who loved the visit too. Would highly recommend. We only live 15mins away from The Little Palace but as soon as we arrived it was like being on holiday. It was like entering a little piece of paradise. It was exactly what we hoped for and so much more. The decor is breathtaking, from Sarah’s original artwork and artwork in wallpaper form, to the kitchen surface, beautiful block flooring, incredible chandelier and bath, to the blanket, bedding and crockery - all bespoke artwork. Every detail has been considered from the overall decor to the details like the light switches and the bathroom door handles. The ‘sauna for two’ was a delight and the outside shower such fun even in the cold. The option of using the projector and (hidden) screen in lieu of a tv was an inspired idea. Even the fact that all cables for kettle, toaster, electric blanket and provided phone chargers being tidied away prevented it detracting from the aesthetic and ambiance. Worth every penny to stay and we will be returning in 2025! Thankyou Matt & Sarah

I had the best stay at Daisy the Shepherds Hut. Emma was really helpful with information about finding the hut and everything I needed to know. The hut itself was really private, in a peaceful area and I was left completely to my own devices- exactly what I needed!! Emma made sure I had everything I needed and was there if she was required. Thank you so much for an amazing stay- I’ll definitely be back!

Incredible place with incredibly friendly hosts. Some kitchen utensils were a little dirty but honestly that doesn't change anything about the stay, a beautiful serene setting, the hot tub is wonderful, the hut is wonderful and cosy and it's incredibly private. We will be back once again!

Absolute gem of a place! Stayed in a few huts over the years but this one beats them all. Finished and styled so beautifully, super comfy bed and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The guide provided was really helpful and we used it a lot. The little basket of goodies was the nicest touch, we felt so at home and wished we had booked for longer! Our dog loved the enclosed space that the hut is in too, a beautiful setting even on a misty autumnal day. Great location for visiting Brighton & Lewes. We can’t wait to come back in the near future!

What an enchanting place! I stayed for work in Croydon and it was the perfect antidote to the city. Tranquil, cosy, peaceful and private. Perfect for dogs as a beautiful enclosed woodland garden literally on the doorstep. Maranda and Sean kindly waited for me in the dark as I arrived late, and showed me to the door. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful little gem of a lodge. Everything you need in a woodland hideaway. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Nick's cabin! It's a cozy, well-equipped space with thoughtful touches like teas, snacks, water, and more, which made the stay feel extra welcoming. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk to the harbor. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thanks, Nick! I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

Nina’s place was perfect for my dog and I. I have a GSD and both the garden and hut was a suitable size for us both. Just to make others aware the alleyway leading to the hut has pot holes and no lighting so be careful if you’re arriving when it’s dark. Also, you’ll need milk, butter, washing up liquid etc.. as that is not provided upon arrival - the listing doesn’t specify if it is or isn’t included, but just to make you aware if you are driving from a distance. Other than that, it’s a perfect little getaway and spot on if you have a dog as the garden is completely secure. Highly recommend it.

Great winter stay! We walked along the seafront to Whitstable, spent the day there and then got a taxi back in the evening once it had gotten dark. We had a fab time and loved the outdoor shower even in the winter! Thank you Kay
