Friendly proactive host. The lodge is homily and spacious, with a secret looking garden. Plenty of toys and books for children. Beautiful woods nearby with duck pond.

We had the most fantastic weekend at Spring Farm. We were a group of 11, aged from 16 months to 70 years, and the house was perfect for all of us. Inside was spacious and cosy, with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was extremely well equipped - there was nothing we needed that wasn't easily available and in plentiful supply. The recreation facilities were outstanding - we made full use of the pool, the snooker table and the tennis court (even in January!) From the moment we booked, Sophie kept in touch and was very helpful with any particular requests we had. We had such such a great time that none of us wanted to go home!

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

We had a brilliant stay at Jane’s place celebrating a 30th birthday. The house & surroundings are just beautiful. Jane couldn’t have been more helpful & welcoming, giving us local recommendations before arriving, even messaging us in the morning before we arrived to let us know about roadworks in the area and then made us feel right at home from the moment we got there. The space had everything we needed and was perfect for my young daughter - cot, high chair, kid friendly cutlery & plates, books & change mat - it was brilliant not having to pack any of this. The outside area is really fantastic - we enjoyed the hot tub, and were told there was no issue with us staying in it late or making noise etc. We just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pizza oven & chiminea! Amazing stay, thank you so much.

We booked the gorgeous coach house for a week at Christmas for 9 adults and 5 small children including 2 very new babies. Shawn was an incredible host and made everyone’s lives so much easier by providing cots and high chairs for the little ones. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook up a storm, including Christmas dinner, with the facilities. With top local knowledge and great pub suggestions we were able to create a lovely itinerary with a mixture of relaxing in the very comfortable house and also getting out and about in the beautiful East Sussex countryside. On our last night we had a medical emergency and Shawn and Tom’s response to help us was quick, effective and compassionate, really taking the stress out of the situation. We would highly recommend Shawn’s Air Bnb. We only wish we could come back in summer to get some use out of the wood fired hot tub and pool! Thanks to Shawn and Tom!

A great stay to celebrate Christmas with the family, by the fireplace, around a beautiful tree and nice little gifts as soon as we arrive! Nikitia was very attentive to us and even recommended several Christmas activities in the area...

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Miles is a lovely host. He is very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is great. It is equipped with everything you need and much more, it's clean and comfortable. Situated in a beautiful garden which gives you so much energy when you open the blinds in the morning. I would definitely recommend Miles place and would go back in future. Thank you

Great stay at Antonio's - ideal location and price for a month stay. Antonio was helpful and quick to respond to messages. He met me at the flat to show me how everything worked which was really helpful. The location is ideal for Deptford and the DLR. A couple of things which might be good to know: you can hear the DLR trains from the flat as they go right outside - I used ear plugs for the first night or 2 but then quickly got used to it and it wasn't an issue for sleeping etc. Secondly, there's no parking space with the flat but you can bring a car right outside the block (just press the buzzer at the barrier) to upload / load and there is free parking on some of the surrounding roads. The flat is comfy and there's lots of useful bits and pieces you might need supplied in the flat - clothes dryer, bathroom products, tea, coffee etc. All in all I was really pleased with the flat and would definitely stay again.

Lovely people, very helpful and flexible too. The location was great for us to explore and walk along the riverside. Perfect to be close to Battersea Power Station too. 5* experience and highly recommended.

Nice apartment. Easy to get there from Heathrow via Elisabeth Line direct from the airport to the area. Jubilee line is a good start for all journeys, short walk from the apartment. Quick response when we had some questions. Host always at hand.

The apartment is in a great location with plenty of transport links close by and has a homely and quiet feel despite the close proximity to the city. It is a cosy and tranquil space inside that is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hosts were extremely hospitable and helpful with the check in process and had no issue when our train arrived later as expected. Meeting us from the tube station was a nice touch as finding the apartment may have been a little difficult at first, but all doubts were erased with this small, but hugely appreciated detail. Our stay had no faults and I would be delighted to stay again when we next make a visit to London! Thank you very much!!

This was my second visit to this “shabby chic style” Studio / Apartment – very warm and cozy and comfortable, no noise from the city or from the busy road. Excellent high speed Wi-Fi – super comfortable bed – fully equipped kitchen. Very good Italian Restaurant opposite

We have really enjoyed our short break away with our two young children on what was their first visit to London. John was a brilliant host who was very responsive to messages through the app. The apartment has a really special view which can be enjoyed from the private balcony. Not far from the railway station and just at the ground level is a fantastic coffee shop that is open every day. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

I had a fantastic stay in this cozy, clean, and conveniently located apartment. It was the perfect spot for exploring the area, and everything I needed was easily accessible. The host was incredibly communicative and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!
