Charming house and room and pleasantly warm. Jane has a beautiful and friendly cat. She looked after me very well and served my breakfast - a very welcoming touch. Parking was easier than I thought it would be. A very convenient part of Lewes, and altogether a successful stay 😁

This was a great place for our first time in London. The location was in a cute neighborhood and buses were within walking distance. James gave VERY detailed and helpful instructions, was very responsive, and very understanding which helped a lot since we had lots of weather related issues getting into London that affected check in times/dates. The space is homey, lived in and comfortable, like we were visiting family and James made us feel welcome from the get go. James provided breakfast and gave us some fun info about the area and London sites. We used both the double room and mousehole and it was more than enough space for our family of 3. I would definitely stay here again. It was also nice to get a place conveniently located for the price! James' place averages 20% less than other options in the city which meant we had more spending money to explore!

I had a lovely stay! Harriet was very nice and thoughtful, and we had some lovely chats during my visit. Although I know the area v well, location was excellent, and the adorable Topper added a lot of warmth to the home. The room was comfortable and cosy ensuring a smooth, relaxing stay.

from the moment we arrived it felt like we already knew each other. Leroy gave us directions to restaurants (Needoos) and local attractions pointing out where we should "definitely" go. he gave us some great local information. Chris and Leroy took time to make sure everything was good for us. we would recommend staying here,we would use them again if staying in that area.

Annie's place afforded the perfect opportunity to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city at night and have a look into how a resident of London might live. There are a number of first-rate restaurants and pubs close by -many with views on the Thames that are within easy walking distance. There is a tube station within a 5 minutes' walk where you can gain access to the city. We started each day with a superb breakfast hosted by Annie and George, and they provided us helpful tips and to where we might visit or have dinner and etc. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was much larger than we have experienced during prior visits to London. Gracious hosts, great location and Stanley (3rs host) greeted you each evening and you felt as if you were coming home each night. If we have the opportunity to visit London again in the near future - this will be our first choice.

Our second fabulous stay in this extraordinary B&B in the countryside. Very tastefully decorated in a rustic eclectic style. L&R are the most welcoming and warmhearted hosts. An exceptional experience.

Andrew was actruly excellent host. Communication at time of booking and after was great. I couldnt have felt more welcomed. My bedroom was lovely and very cosy thank you. Breakfast was good. Could maybe add cheeses and cold meat for a true continental. Only negative felt a little rushed on departure and really didnt have to leave until 12 am! Would definitely stay again. Lovely little place to stay, my partner and our 3 year old stayed here for a few nights. It’s really cosy with everything you need. Vivienne was so generous with the food she left, it was lovely. Would certainly recommend.

We felt very welcomed by Jane & John, they were chatty & friendly and the breakfast was 5*. Jane found me some gluten free bread and cooked a delicious brekkie for us. We chatted to John about a local walk & he got his map to check our route. Lovely people, highly recommend.

Lovely hosts! Replied very quickly and the house was exactly as described! I ended up having to leave early due to a family emergency but they were very understanding. Would love to come back and stay again. Thank you!!

It was lovely to stay at Fiona’s, she is friendly and welcoming! We had the room with the adjoining bathroom. The place was homey. It was delightful to have breakfast and chats with Fiona in the morning. She gave us some good recommendations. The room was great and very clean! The transport to the center was easy a 5 min walk to the bus and within 30 minutes. It was also a walk across a bridge with a view of a pretty lit bridge into Chelsea which had a few restaurants and stores.

Perfect location for a short break in Brighton. Clean, quiet and away from the busy areas. 10 minutes in an Uber to the town centre and bus stop nearby if you prefer. Comfortable and everything we needed - we spent most of our time in town and/or with friends locally. Paula was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Poppy is lovely too!

I stayed at Elaines with my mum on a previous occasion. This time my mum and dad stayed with Elaine and this is what they had to say; 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elaine and Teg's, they are friendly and welcoming hosts, and the breakfast was very good - a lovely additional extra. Elaine got to know what we liked, and adapted the breakfast accordingly. Elaine was flexible with the check-in time, which was very helpful. The place is spotless, and cosy, and we will definitely stay again. We highly recommend Elaine and Tegs!

I would absolutely love to stay here again. Lovely couple and a really lovely place to stay. It was a perfect location to stay after a wedding in Ticehurst. The room was absolutely spotless! Lovely comfy beds to sleep in and fresh linen. It was exactly what we needed. The breakfast was best Ive had in a long long time and lots of choice! 10/10 Worth every penny. Simon was extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home. he was very trusting and lovely to chat to. the room was extremely cosy and comfortable and the location is ideal in such a quiet street! definitely will be back 🙂

Mara was a lovely host and the room was quiet and clean.

The room was spacious and comfortable, just like description, bright and airy thanks to large bay window, especially made homely with lots of plants and cushions, the bed was luxurious, the TV screen gigantic and as a bonus, there was a large container of filtered water. The shared spaces were clean and tidy. And the host friendly and helpful! thanks Dan for providing great accommodation 😊

Thankyou for allowing our last minute request. We both had a lovely stay. Plus being able to park outside the property considering the restrictions in Brighton was a definite bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Ana is lovely. She is chatty, friendly, easy-going, helpful and so accommodating. Ana has done an incredible job in decorating her house. The bedroom was spotless, clean, modern, comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also spotless. The house is not far from Kensal Road Station and all local amenities.

Super cozy and clean! Trish was very responsive and check in is super easy! Stayed the night and enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast was very nice with coffees and teas. Will definitely stay again!

Thanks for the stay. Maurizio and his wife are excellent hosts, welcoming and friendly. The accommodation is clean, spacious and well located while being out of the city noisy.

As we drove through the double wooden gates, we were in awe by the grandeur of this delightful thatched home with its welcoming Xmas decorations outside and carefully selected decor in every nook. A delicious spread of food awaited us each morning, and we were privy to Chris’s famous orange marmalade. What surprised me was the attention to detail including olives/feta knowing my heritage. A true festive treat was having Xmas crackers on our last morning. Michele’s attention to detail was impeccable. She is such a gem. 💎 However all that aside, what will make our stay forever memorable was our lovely hosts Michele and Chris. We truly loved our conversations each morning. They both created such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. We came in as guests but we have left as friends. We truly hope we come back again. If Airbnb gave awards to the best hosts, Michele and Chris would win hands down. 🏆
