Ari/Hector have been wonderful hosts! They checked on me and made sure I felt right at home. Their level of service is top-notch, so much that I wish all hosts were like them. They take really good care and of their guests! I loved the view from the apartment and I watch the sunset from the room almost everyday- it was just stunning! The place was comfortable and the top-to-bottom glass wall overlooking the pool makes it even more endearing. Would love to stay with you again in the near future! Location is great, beautiful and quiet surroundings. Odile, the property manager is proactive and very responsive.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve been to. Serene, comfortable and relaxing. If you’re not familiar with Tulum, which I was not, the location is somewhat isolated, so unless you have a vehicle be sure to buy groceries before arriving because getting anywhere can get expensive with taxi rides to Tulum costing $50 round trip. Nonetheless it is a beautiful location and a wonderful accommodation.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach! The provided beach chairs were a thoughtful touch, and being so close to La Buena Vida Beach Club was a huge bonus with its pool, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. CJ and his team were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and attentive. This spot offers incredible value and is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy Akumal’s charm. Highly recommend!
