Aparthotel vacation rentals in Quintana Roo

This was our first time travelling with two little kids (4 and 1). This location was great as it had a pool, elevator for our stroller, and was a core floor so no stairs. We easily could go to the pool with our stroller and walk to the beach. We also walked to the grocery store and made food in the condo. We loved our stay!

Awesome place and great views. Some misunderstanding about the washer dryer and the fact that we didn't have direct access but rather had to get access through the cleaning lady. Overall, very nice place and secure. Thanks

The apartment was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a good kitchen. The garden and pool were nice and the the continental breakfast was a plus. The staff were helpful and kind. The only downside is that the location is a good 15 minutes walk from the center. I would also add that the more appealing beaches for swimming are on the other side of the island with the exception of punta cocos. There are a few great restaurants around the area like Cafe del Mar (great place to watch the sunset with a margarita) and Santos Fuegos.

The location was pretty close to the mall and restaurants just off the main road I liked that. The room is very low key - worth what we paid though good value

We were very comfortable in the apartment Good option if you are traveling with your pet, it has Jardin very nice. We only stayed one night. Well equipped with climate and kitchenette.

it was a simple hotel for our last night and we chose something basic because we had to leave at 6am. Location was very close to the airport and very convenient.

I stayed for 2 nights with Federico and felt welcome and home from the very first moment. It is a quiet and calm place just few steps from the beach and with a very nice rooftop place to relax. The rooms are spacious and very clean, aircondition and WiFi worked great. Federico was a great host and his recommendations and tips were very helpful. I will for sure look for this place again whenever I return to El Cuyo.

It was worth every minute of stay, Juan was very attentive and clear in the instructions. The views and surroundings are beautiful, and the subdivision very well organized with all the comforts of a city but with the tranquility of nature. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it 100% 👌

Federico is a really good host, very friendly and fun, he goes above and beond to make you feel like at home, the hotel is in an amazing location right on a beach and you can get anywhere around here by foot, lots of great restaurants right around the corner, would recomend!

The accommodation is very good. It is detailed correctly, as there is a lot of noise and music from the nearby nightclubs, but it is possible to sleep and have a good time.

Very pleasant stay, ideal for disconnecting from everything. Simple but all clean. We will definitely visit Cubos de Arena again.

The place Corresponds with the photos, it is very clean and beautiful, the sunsets on the terrace are the best, also that Don Fernándo was always attentive to our needs and gave us recommendations of places to visit.
