Aparthotel vacation rentals in Quintana Roo

This was our first time travelling with two little kids (4 and 1). This location was great as it had a pool, elevator for our stroller, and was a core floor so no stairs. We easily could go to the pool with our stroller and walk to the beach. We also walked to the grocery store and made food in the condo. We loved our stay!

The front gate knows the location as "the penthouse" more than a room number. That may help with check-in. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The penthouse is a gorgeous space. We had 6 adults and were very comfortable from the lower room to the roof space - which is a great location for watching the sunset as well as New Year's fireworks. The views of the ocean are stunning. We signed up for a few tours and spent a couple days just enjoying the penthouse. It was a relaxing vacation with our adult children.

The place is very comfortable and has adequate facilities, all the staff are very friendly and attentive, we loved visiting and would come back.

We were very comfortable in the apartment Good option if you are traveling with your pet, it has Jardin very nice. We only stayed one night. Well equipped with climate and kitchenette.

Extended sweet Cancun cumbres was worth every penny paid. Clean and close to the airport 2 main things that I was looking for when renting. A plus was the restaurants next door and also gyms nearby. Easy to go out and get a quick eat or a main course meal. Theirs a park nearby as well if you feel like breathing in some fresh air.

The space was well curated and beautiful! If I come back to playa del carmen I will definitely stay here again. It is so spacious and clean. The hosts were very responsive, we had alot of questions and needed help with unresponsive taxis, and they were always available to help. Only issue we had was we couldn't get the jacuzzi to work, but I think that could have been resolved if we had asked for them to show us when we checked in. I highly recommend this place and thank you to Santiago and Maria for making my birthday one to remember!

I stayed for 2 nights with Federico and felt welcome and home from the very first moment. It is a quiet and calm place just few steps from the beach and with a very nice rooftop place to relax. The rooms are spacious and very clean, aircondition and WiFi worked great. Federico was a great host and his recommendations and tips were very helpful. I will for sure look for this place again whenever I return to El Cuyo.

We couldn’t be happier with this stay! The house was beautiful and clean but what made it great was Luisa, any question or problem we had she dealt with immediately and fixed it. She was absolutely amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing! The view, the amenities and the peacefulness was well worth not being right on the beach. Woke up every morning to the beautiful sounds of the birds and the jungle. It was so easy to relax and know that everything you needed was there already.

Federico is a really good host, very friendly and fun, he goes above and beond to make you feel like at home, the hotel is in an amazing location right on a beach and you can get anywhere around here by foot, lots of great restaurants right around the corner, would recomend!

Everything was great & check in/out was smooth ! It does get noisy at night but we were told this before so we expected it - otherwise a great location on the main strip & easy walking everywhere !
