This place was such a blessing. I had an emergency situation come up and needed a place to stay asap. David was very quick, accommodating, and responsive to all my questions. I was able to check in less than an hour after messaging him! The place itself is perfect for long term stays and the internet is strong and steady which is crucial for me since I am on video calls all day. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and a convenient water delivery service. The included weekly cleaning service is a great amenity- Olga is just the sweetest <3 Looking forward to staying in the future!

the condominium was exactly as described . We met Asminda to give us a quick orientation and property tour. the floor to ceiling doors are wonderful to open up in the evening no air conditioning required.. the local produce in the morning which is delivered on pickup trucks from local farms is amazing.. Get a good cellular plan and download Google translate engage the wonderful community. there's an athletic field 5 minute walk west of the property. the entire community comes out in the evening and exercise.... comes out here. make new friends.. the rooftop patio watching sunsets was a highlight. heated pool . we had a perfect stay and we will come back and recommend this to our friends. $10 Uber you're at Costco $10 Uber downtown you don't need a car.. the people in the neighborhood are so inviting. we hope to return in April of this year.

The place is just as described, everything is spotless! The home has everything you need to stay. The area is quiet. There are restaurants and shops nearby, even better if you take a car to move. I recommend it!

We had a very parents vacation, the very spacious and equipped depa. Alberto was always attentive to any detail or need. The kitchen has all the basic cooking utensils and species, nothing was missing. All necessary linens and white linens. Before arriving he sent me a Word with all the necessary instructions to use the different gadgets, recommendations and contact phones, so if there were any questions there we consulted. Everything worked and we didn't have any issues whatsoever. And well Peninsula is always a guarantee as a place to get to vacation. Highly recommended!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

From the beginning they accept the reservation, they are very attentive and are always waiting for your arrival. Excellent facilities and very nice rooms. 100% recommended.

Rob's apartment is a hidden gem, perfectly located within walking distance of the city center and nearby restaurants and shops. The stunning view from the room is a standout feature, and the responsive hosts, Rob and manager Alfredo, ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel pool in front of the apartment plays lively music on weekends, which can be slightly loud. However, the music stops by 11 pm, and closing the windows effectively reduces the sound to a barely noticeable level. Weekdays offer a tranquil atmosphere with the soothing sound of waves. The apartment boasts a comfortable mattress and stylish furniture, creating an inviting ambiance that makes it hard to leave. Highly recommended for those seeking a convenient location, breathtaking views, and a memorable stay!

We had a wonderful time at Lupita’s place with our 2 boys. The condo is well stocked with towels and kitchen items and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lupita is a wonderful and kind host and was always one step ahead with communication. The condo is quiet and the pool is large and made for a relaxing time. What makes this unit stand out is the access to Vidanta. It is a standout resort with amazing amenities. Getting there takes some patience and learning while you transfer golf carts. The pools at the Grand Mayan have something for everyone and you can easily spend an entire day pool side with activities and relaxation. Highly recommend walking to the beach for sunset, and crepes at the Mayan palace. We found it necessary to stock up on groceries as restaurants and stores are a bit of a hike from this unit. We were able to easily take cabs or Uber when we needed. We are leaving relaxed and grateful for the Mexican hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Unit 604 was an absolute delight! The property boasts fantastic amenities, and it’s incredibly walkable to all the attractions in Zona Romantica. I’m definitely planning to rent here every time I visit if the property becomes available. The concierge team is an added bonus that ensures your stay is nothing short of exceptional, with frequent check-ins to make sure you have a five-star experience.

We had an amazing stay at Todd's place! Everything was exactly as advertised. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we used it every day and barely felt the need to hit the beach. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of a walkable area filled with fantastic restaurants and galleries. Despite being on the second floor and surrounded by the buzz of 24/7 parties, the condo was impressively quiet and peaceful. We loved every minute and would absolutely stay here again!

Sandra's place was a good fit for my wife and I. The one bedroom, bathroom and living area were perfectly adequate for our needs and the kitchen permitted us to cook most anything. Air conditioning worked just fine. The building has five floors but we enjoyed being on the first since we could walk over to the pool in 30 seconds. The gym was even closer and we used it a lot: has three aerobic machines and a weight apparatus that was pretty good. We discovered a wonderful Asian restaurant, Tuk Tuk, about two blocks away and the supermarket was even closer. All in all a nice location. Sandra was available through the AirBnB app with no delays and Jesús who lives in PV met us on the first day and came over quickly when we had the occasional issue.

Place was exactly as described in ad. Ozkan was very committed to us throughout our stay and offered any assistance we needed. It is located in the heart of the night scene, so walking everywhere was a breeze. Kitchen well equipped if you want to prepare something, but many restaurants close by if you don’t. Property is pristine clean. I would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip.

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

Lorenzo’s condo was great! Place was exactly as described, in a great location. Easy to communicate with and responses were quickly received. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed Pauls place! Excellent location and view. The kitchen is well stocked with great cookware. Paul is a responsive and helpful host. The beach bar at the Icon is so convenient. Great staff!

Beautiful place! 5 level home. clean. very spacious. Great for a family fo 12. a few areas, light fixtures weren't working, but Alan was very responsive. Carla is great, who lives separate bottom area. Safe. uber anywhere. we really enjoyed Alan's place. thanks for allowing us to experience it.

The house was very clean and spacious. The pool was bigger than I thought, which was a pleasant surprise. Jaime was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with, making the stay even better. The location was also great. It's 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes to popular tourist spots. I will come back next time.

It is an incredible accommodation, in addition to beautiful it is great in terms of space, cleanliness and functionality; Alan is very attentive and kind, we had a wonderful family vacation. Highly recommended.

our family had a great time staying here for 2 weeks! jillian was super attentive to messages + was very helpful if we needed anything. a quick drive from the beach which we went to almost every day with our kids. we felt very safe in the neighborhood and having the little store down the road was so helpful when we didn’t want to adventure to a big box store for items. overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again soon!
