There are so many wonderful things to say about Han’s place! First, the location is absolutely perfect. You are in the center of local shops, restaurants, markets, and the Malacon. The romantic zone is the place to be! The patio is beautiful! We spent days just hanging out enjoying the ocean view. The pool was private and peaceful, you feel like you have your own oasis amongst the business of the beach. The condo had an awesome kitchen, we cooked many of our own meals and had plenty of space to spread out. Han was a perfect host! She responded quickly to every message and had many recommendations and tips. The condo’s front desk staff was also so great, they can help you with many questions or recommendations. This has been one of my favorite Airbnb’s to stay at, we will be back! Thank you so much Han!

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay. Alejandro responded quickly to two problems which occurred and they were quickly fixed. Access to the beach was great with stairs and also a ramp close by. The king size bed was really comfortable and the linen, towels and beach towels of good quality. The apartment was beautifully tiled and the kitchen well equipped. However the toaster and microwave need attention. The pool was kept sparkling clean. There were many restaurants close by. We would stay there again.

The apartment is very quiet with mountain views. It is well furnished, modern, clean and comfortable. As the balcony is located on the hillside, it is less exposed to the sun. That's what made it even more enjoyable. Everything we needed for our stay was available. We found the availability of a washer/dryer in the apartment very convenient. On arrival the host had provided us with a 20 liter container of drinking water. The only downside is the mini-fridge located under the counter. It is not practical for a longer stay. On the other hand, the host informed me that he was preparing a kitchen redevelopment project to replace the mini-fridge with a larger and more conventional refrigerator. The complex is located very close to the sea, 2 steps from a beautiful beach and very close to the center of a peaceful and safe village as well as a superb marina.

Our stay at Solamar was amazing! The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony were exceptional. We spent hours on the balcony watching whales, birds and other marine life. The pool and condo grounds where beautiful and well maintained. We also made friends with the resident cat, Paloma! She was very affectionate and friendly. Most of my communication was with Liz. Liz is very nice and always got back to me immediately when I asked questions. We plan to go back again!

We loved our stay at Kite Towers. The view from the balcony was exquisite at all times of the day. The staff at Kite Towers were all friendly, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed making friends with the other condo residents as they were very welcoming and approachable. Jesus responded promptly to all communications. Highly recommend this beautiful and well appointed rental unit.

We had a fabulous stay!!! the condominium was amazing. The balcony overlooking the ocean was probably the best part. Enjoying a drink or a cup of coffee with a loved one overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. The unit had amazing amenities, including the pool area right next to the ocean which serve fantastic drinks, breakfast and lunch, all of which we highly recommend. having a cleaning service was such a bonus. There was a convenient little market right down the road and two or three very good restaurants within five minutes of our unit. It was a convenient local bus ride or taxi to Puerto Vallarta. The staff at the pool and Front Desk were amazing. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Ulises' apartment! It was spotless, just like the photos, with a beautiful view and excellent facilities. The internet was fast, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook. The bed was massive and super comfortable, and the AC kept the place nice and cool. All the pools were clean, and the smaller one was wonderfully warm. Ulises was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful. We already can’t wait to come back!
