We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Juan was always available and helpful. The place was spotless and tastefully decorated. I enjoyed my daily walks on the gorgeous beach, and watching the surfers. It was a very peaceful and relaxing holiday

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

This was our second stay through Andres at this property. I would highly recommend this Villa if you are travelling with a group and need space. Lupita, the chef, is very helpful with organizing the meal plans for the time of your stay. She and Lupita (yes, another Lupita) prepare delicious food and will make you feel welcome at every turn. The Lupitas really are wonderful people. The beach where the villa is located is an "easy" beach to use as it stays relatively shallow for easy swimming entry and exit. You will see plenty of wildlife between whales (at the right season) in the bay and during this visit, we were able to watch a Sea Turtle digging a hole and laying her eggs. Salvador, who works the gate, is also able to call for taxis that will come over from the resort nearby. We will stay here again.

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

Stayed here for a week - really enjoyed the place. Great location right on the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Place was very clean and felt safe. Would come back and stay again!

The place is wonderful, especially the view and the tranquility that you can feel, totally at home. The facilities were clean, there was everything we needed for the stay we had. Josh was always attentive to our messages if something was needed, as well as recommendations for dining and luxury visits. I would definitely come back.

Great relaxing resort type condo. good view of ocean and walkable to beach. Lots to do around the location, including the mall. Worth the value.

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Great place to stay at if you’re looking for something close by everything in Puerto Vallarta!

Would 10/10 recommend staying at Casa Olivo! Homero was extremely responsive and accommodating an early check in and late check out to allow our toddler to nap before our flight home. The location can’t be beat as it is walking distance to the restaurants and shops in town, but also peaceful and quiet. We loved waking up to the birds and waves and drinking coffee on the top patio with jungle views. The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean, we used it multiple times a day. We used the portable speaker that came with the house, too. The kitchen had everything you could imagine needing, including Tupperware! There was even a high chair and pack n play. Beds were clean and comfortable. We are already discussing our next visit!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

I thought it was a super comfortable house, everything was great, furniture, cleanliness, I love every detail, it seems that they maintain it and that's great. I would come back again, even my friends would consider staying with their families there. Angela was very attentive and available, 10 out of 10.

Our stay at Casa Bonita was amazing! It's a beautiful house with an amazing pool and an awesome outdoor chill spot. The house itself is very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a big hill to walk up and down from the town center, but that was ok with us. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. Overall, a perfect stay!

I cannot say enough about how amazing our week was at Marg’s casa! Our family of 6 plus our 2 yr old granddaughter stayed for 7 nights and it was perfect. Not only was she extremely helpful and responsive during the booking process and with all questions prior to arrival, our accommodations exceeded all expectations. The highlight of our stay was Carmen and Fidel. Fidel greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the home and how to operate things like air conditioner, tv, pool lights, etc. we had Carmen prepared breakfast and most dinners and these meals were by far some of the best meals we’ve had! She is an amazing cook and our family loved everything she prepared! The ceviche, guacamole, fresh fish tacos, chicken enchiladas, freshly squeezed orange juice, French toast, eggs, and literally everything was a 15 out of 10! It was an absolute pleasure to have her around! The property was beautiful and all rooms very clean. I wouldn’t change a thing and looking forward to going back!

Our family had a fabulous time at Ishmael's modern, yet very comfortable vacation house. We enjoyed staying in a gaited neighborhood so conveniently located just a short walk from the beach with private beach access. Between the beach and the pools at the house and club house, we spent a lot of time in the water! We also availed ourselves to the chief option and Dora provided us with 2 delicious and beautiful meals.

This home was perfect for our family. We have three boys, 13/11/9, and the proximity to the beach and pool created endless activities. The view from the back porch is priceless, the small community is very friendly, and all of Sayulita is easily walkable from the house. Best yet, there is a really tasty restaurant just across the street and a local stand that has everything you need. I recommend this location for any family with small kids.

Beautiful, modern, and spacious. Amazing indoor and outdoor experience. Close to markets, restaurants and cafes. The pool is really nice. Owners were extremely kind and communicative. Felt like we were in our own little oasis.

Highly recommended. I've stayed at Villa Palmar multiple times and it is the perfect combination of private, next to the beach and a short walk into town.

We had a lovely stay at Nancy and Brian’s house in Sayulita, the house is beautiful and had all the amenities we could ever wish for, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. She gave great recommendations for places to eat in town. The pool was just lovely and we used it daily. Nancy was very responsive with our messages and gave a great recommendation for a hair stylist while we were in town. We would definitely stay here again at the same house and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a house to stay at in Sayulita.

We enjoyed our stay at Regis' place. We selected it because it was pet-friendly, the yard and the pool. It was in a great location, central and walkable to restaurants and the marina. The backyard is large and is your own oasis. Lots of long-term stays in the area, and people are friendly and full of recommendations. Air conditioning in the rooms work well.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My wife, myself and our toddler had the best time relaxing and enjoying this beautiful home. We loved playing outside in the backyard and swimming in the pool. We cooked a lot of our meals outside on the grill and that was awesome. The hosts were very accommodating with our toddler and provided a high chair and a pack and play. We walked around and explored the nearby areas including some restaurants, shops and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. We are so glad that we found this gem and had the time we did here. We will definitely be back!

This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays! The private neighborhood is unique and beautiful with its marina, colorful homes, plants, and pool. Lawrence’s accommodation was equally welcoming and well-appointed; we felt right at home. He and his team are responsive and ensure guests are comfortable. The rooms were lovely, and the marina view from the patio and bedrooms was a treat. We enjoyed family meals in the kitchen and private patio. The neighborhood is quiet but lively during the day, with friendly security and a family of iguanas! Highly recommend this location-–walkable to the Puerto Vallarta Marina and close to the airport. We hope to return!
