Beach house vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

Our family had a fabulous time at Ishmael's modern, yet very comfortable vacation house. We enjoyed staying in a gaited neighborhood so conveniently located just a short walk from the beach with private beach access. Between the beach and the pools at the house and club house, we spent a lot of time in the water! We also availed ourselves to the chief option and Dora provided us with 2 delicious and beautiful meals.

The house is very nice and very functional, excellent value for money and the host is always very attentive to everything, we will be back soon and it's really highly recommended!👍🏼

wonderful space for multigenerational family. everyone had their own space. the sunrises every morning were a highlight. we were glad we rented cars for this location.

Perfect location. On the beach, near the restaurants and bars. 5 bedrooms with en-suites. A+ amazing.

This was our second visit and we love this place. We have children, so the access to the beach and pool right out your back door is great. The optional meal service is outstanding. The ladies are so accommodating, work to give you the best experience possible and are willing to tailor the meals to the needs of your party. It helps if you know some Spanish though. Xavier is always extremely prompt with responses and ensures you are taken care of. Thanks everyone!

This vacation far exceeded our expectations. Everything was a breeze from booking to working with the concierge provided to get transportation arranged to personalizing our needs with the Chef. The Villa is beautiful with the best view. We saw lots of dolphins, whales, sea turtles and manta rays from the balcony. The staff, Aaron, Mary and Ceci, were all amazing and made the vacation that much better. It was so nice to not have to worry about cooking and just getting to relax. Aaron helped with transportation to and from town when needed. It is south of Mismaloya Beach, unlike what the general area bubble shows when you are booking. So my only suggestion is if you want to visit PV often, you may want to stay closer unless you are ok with a 30-40 min ride each way. We however are so happy we stayed here and out of the hustle and bustle. The marine life and tranquility made it worth every second. The pool was a nice touch as well and where we spent a lot of time.

We enjoyed our stay at Regis' place. We selected it because it was pet-friendly, the yard and the pool. It was in a great location, central and walkable to restaurants and the marina. The backyard is large and is your own oasis. Lots of long-term stays in the area, and people are friendly and full of recommendations. Air conditioning in the rooms work well.

The “Dream House” was beautiful and exactly as described. All of our needs were responded to quickly. The house is on many levels and could be challenging for seniors. The housekeeper kept the house immaculate. The house is very private but there can be some noise from surrounding buildings.I would highly recommend staying here. An uber that is inexpensive picks you up to go into town. Thanks to Urzula for managing the house so professionally.

I stayed with my wife and enjoyed the space. The pool was a bit cool on day 1 and the guy came the next morning to warm up the pool for us. The place was clean and it was easy to walk to the marina and enjoy the many restaurants. The AC worked great and having the full wall move to open the kitchen to that backyard was a great touch, we loved our morning coffee and the ease to spend the days in the house. The bed was comfortable, the hot water was great and the water pressure was nice. Having the 3 bathrooms worked well. The daily groundskeeper was good to chat with and explained the yard and garbage.

What a beautiful place! Photos cannot do it justice. The spaciousness and open design of the main living area, as well as the large bedrooms, made this a perfect accommodation for a large group. Our family spent many hours in and around the lovely pool. The beach was a walkable distance away, and we enjoyed swimming in the waves. Food options are numerous in Bucerias. We especially enjoyed some of the local eateries. The house is located in a residential neighbourhood where local shops and street life are part of the experience of vacationing in Bucerias. Communication with hosts Lara and James was easy, and they were accommodating of our needs. For example, they provided a playpen for an infant to sleep in. When our flight to Mexico was delayed, James kindly met us at the house in the wee hours. We highly recommend this amazing place.

I loved the stay, the house complies with everything it offers in the app, very spacious and nice, in a super quiet and private area, the hosts were super friendly and attentive at all times.

This property itself surpasses its pictures. During a very busy time in Mexico (Easter weeks) we felt like we had a private beach oasis and yet restaurants and stores were close by in the small town of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. The property manager was quick to respond if we had a question. It was a top notch experience from beginning to end.

Great place and Agustin was very helpful with anything we needed. AC in all rooms and the pool is a blast. We stayed here for a week with some friends and loved every minute of it! Would book again!

I cannot say enough about how amazing our week was at Marg’s casa! Our family of 6 plus our 2 yr old granddaughter stayed for 7 nights and it was perfect. Not only was she extremely helpful and responsive during the booking process and with all questions prior to arrival, our accommodations exceeded all expectations. The highlight of our stay was Carmen and Fidel. Fidel greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the home and how to operate things like air conditioner, tv, pool lights, etc. we had Carmen prepared breakfast and most dinners and these meals were by far some of the best meals we’ve had! She is an amazing cook and our family loved everything she prepared! The ceviche, guacamole, fresh fish tacos, chicken enchiladas, freshly squeezed orange juice, French toast, eggs, and literally everything was a 15 out of 10! It was an absolute pleasure to have her around! The property was beautiful and all rooms very clean. I wouldn’t change a thing and looking forward to going back!

Roberto is an amazing host. The accommodation had some issues with water supply, but Roberto worked to solve the issues very quickly. He was always responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Can’t recommend Roberto highly enough!

Emily's place was absolutely fantastic. the pictures of the place don't do it justice. everything was clean and well maintained. away from all the tourist areas but only a 5 min walk to the center of town. 3 min walk to so many great taco stands and restaurants and bars. Emily and her brother were super responsive to questions and any concern we had was addressed right away with no issues! all the neighbour's were super friendly. we spend many many nights and days on the rooftop patio! the wagon and umbrella were fantastic for our beach time although we didn't end up using the umbrella. LA 20 bar that was right around the corner and a perfect place to have a drink, listen to the band or play their music bingo (an absolute must). the place is huge so will house your large group very easily! was perfect as we had family members come at different times for a week each! our 3 weeks flew by super fast.. but will definitely rent again from her if we have a large group again!

The house is very comfortable, spacious and in good condition. Layce is extremely attentive and available for whatever is needed at all times. The room with a bunk bed is upstairs. In general, the neighborhood is very nice. It has access to a supermarket, beach, basketball court, shops, church, and even the airport on foot. Ideal for going with young people and on a budget. It is a good option to find nearby restaurants where you can eat delicious food, have a good time in the shade in a comfortable place, and you can walk to it. The beach is not recommended for swimming, it is even dangerous because it is an area with crocodiles. You have to drive 30-40 minutes to get to beaches where you can swim, but there is taxi, Uber and Didi service, so it's not a problem if you like to go out and explore.

Had an amazing stay, having the pool was awesome and it was a close walk to everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay in Hector's unit in the Los Amores complex. It was great to have laundry facilities and a functioning kitchen. No complaints. Very clean. The pool in the complex is very nice and it's only about a 10 minute walk to get into the main downtown of Bucerias. Also, a great bakery really close.

We had an amazing stay. The place was in a perfect location for exploring Zona Romantica and for immediate beach access. The rooftop pool was relaxing and we spent more time there than we typically do when traveling because it was such a beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere. The flat is very spacious, clean, well stocked and charming with stylish decor. Luis was responsive and very hospitable and a great host. The only possible drawback for some is since it is so perfectly located it can be noisy at night, but there are sound machines in the bedroom that drown it out. I’m a light sleeper and with earplugs and the sound machine it was totally worth the location. We went as a family with 2 teenagers and we all felt so welcome, safe, and had the best family trip ever. Thanks Luis. We will definitely be back again!!!

This place was excellent. We loved how close it was to the beach. The pool area was lovely and very quiet. The house itself was clean and modern. The kitchen was easy to cook in. There was lots of space for the 6 who were there. The place had all the beach chairs and umbrellas we needed. The bedrooms were great except that two of the beds were double beds and not queen size. For us it was fine for the 2 weeks we were there but it was a little cozy sleeping. The sitting area on the roof was great. We loved having our dinners up there. Overall a great experience.
