We are located in the hotel zone, we have accessible roads to get to any point. A few steps away is the sports unit with athletics floor and courts for various sports. Walking you can reach both downtown and Malecon, as well as the Versalles neighborhood, where you will find a lot of bars, restaurants and coffee shop. In front there is a supermarket, gyms of various kinds, the beach only 500 meters away, bike lane in front and bus stop 20 meters away.

An open living area features a spacious sectional sofa, providing ample seating. A staircase leads to the upper level, accompanied by soft lighting that accentuates the smooth, glossy floor. Artwork adorns the wall, adding a touch of decor to the contemporary space.

Beautiful villa and very friendly staff! Easy to extend our stay as our flight was cancelled. Highly recommend this Airbnb. Of the rooms, ours was the loudest with an open palapa ceiling, you can hear morning traffic and passersby’s. Would stay here again and is in a beautiful gated community of nuevo vallarta
