Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Puerto Cancún

Our stay was fine. Everything was quiet and felt safe.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Julius and Pablo have a beautiful, stylish house that feels like a real home away from home. It has everything you could need. Pool is great. They were very responsive to all my questions before arriving and went above and beyond once I was in Mexico. I had brought the wrong adaptors so I couldn't charge my laptop or phone and couldn't find one in the nearby supermarkets, so they kindly found one for me and dropped it off at the house. Their recommendation for the airport taxi service was great, on time, professional and a good price. They also recommended the Fit Gym which is 8 minutes walk from the house. I joined for 2 weeks and it was an excellent gym with evrrything you could need for a great price. There's a few small convenience stores nearby, 7/11 is the closest and also a Go Mart and Oxxo near the gym. The best supermarket was the Chedraui Cancun Chac Mool, about 10 mins walk from the house, its absolutely massive and has everything you could possibly need. Thank you!

It is a spacious place, clean and in excellent condition, there was an inconvenience with the washing machine and the microwave, but the response from the hosts was quick and effective. Super recommended!

Cecillia and her team were absolutely GREAT! We are so grateful to Bethsua and Jimmy for taking great care of us during our stay! They are both very friendly and always ready to help us with any requests we had! We have been to Isla Mujeres many times and have stayed at amazing Airbnbs on the island. Mayakita is now our very favorite place to stay and we will be back in the future! Thank you again for another fantastic experience!! We will see you again soon!!

Stefanie , is lovely, thoughtful and place is spotless .. as others mentioned on weekends lots of local noise well into the early hours of morning ( overnight).. music , laughter .. local flavour .. if you’re ok with this then dont hesitate to book ! ie location not for everyone but we loved being away from glossy hotel zone ..

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great! There were restaurants we could walk to and the downtown area was a short bus ride away. We, and our kids, loved the pool and having the beach right there. And the communication with the host was perfect! Thank you for a great stay!

a very nice house is fantastic it complies with everything it publishes and for those who want tranquility is the perfect house, so you have many roads nearby for the different tourist points that you like to visit

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and cozy space, very comfortable beds, great A/C, nice smart TVs, just enough kitchen space & appliances to make meals at home. We really enjoyed the pool area - both the pool itself and lounging on the chairs in the sun, looking out at the lake. A quiet and safe neighborhood far enough from the hustle bustle but close enough to walk to restaurants, gas station, grocery store, and beaches. Daniel & Adelina are very responsive and helpful hosts. Thank you!

it's a nice place, private and comfortable.

Very nice apartment, our family had just the right places to stay there. Two bathrooms give comfort, the rooms are shaded most of the day and do not heat up, the designated parking spot is at the entrance. Everything is convenient. Communicate with your host without any problems. We recommend the nearby Kabah park for shark walks 😀

We LOVED staying at Elizabeth’s place. This building is amazing because of its views, pool and beach. We only had a party of two so we loved having separate rooms. I will never get over the view from the master bedroom! Beach access was so easy and we loved just walking up and down to find restaurants. There was a ferry to isla mujeres right next door so we also utilized that. The rooms were very nice and clean! Elizabeth is so quick at replying and helped us even weeks before our trip. We even got our airport rides through her! She had everything we could’ve needed for a 5 day stay. I could see this being a great place for a family of four or five staying, or, like us, young women looking to relax! We ate out for most meals as we didn’t want to uber to a grocery store but there was plenty of convenience stores and restaurants near us. Stay here and enjoy this beautiful area of Cancun!! Beautiful, quiet and for the price I highly recommend it. Rodrigo, our host and contact person was helpful no matter what we asked and always very friendly. If you don't want /look for luxury and only want to enjoy the beach, sun and the Mexican atmosphere, this is a good option.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Apartment is very centrally located and equipped with everything you need. You can spend your vacation there and are in no time on the beach, at restaurants or in the middle of the nightlife.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. It was PERFECT! We loved the view of the ocean and the amazing pool. We truly could have spent the whole trip at the Airbnb. We loved that there were restaurants in walking distance, and a small supermarket within walking distance too. They also recommended a golf cart service for us that drops off/picks up right from the Airbnb which I totally recommend. I cannot say better things about our experience, we absolutely LOVED our stay and hope to return again someday!

Great location, very walkable and close to all the fun nightlife. Check in was easy and the building was safe and secure with 24 hour security. Nicole was very communicative and clear in her instructions. Would stay here again!

We stayed at Margot’s place in the lead up to Christmas. It was a great location with off street parking, quite a big place with nice comfy beds, great washing machine and dryer and access to a beautiful pool. There was also a Christmas market happening nightly within walking distance, which my kids really enjoyed. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful location and views of ocean. Close to bars, restaurants , etc. but quiet at night.
