Beachfront vacation rentals in Puerto Cancún

This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

Great stay would highly recommend! The house is amazing on the inside a lot of great things inside. Secure and safe neighborhood and host was very friendly.

I stayed at Daniel’s place for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely incredible. We had a group of 12 girls and felt so safe. The view is breathtaking and the house is very walkable. Daniel was responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend!

I love it!! The super clean apartment, with everything you need to have a nice stay, Magali super cute with us advised, helped and orientated us since it is our first time in Cancun and really made me want to come back without a doubt. I recommend it at 10000 % 🤩 10 of 10 👌🏻

We wanted both beautiful, quiet, no people … and easy access to public beach. This is exactly that; we enjoyed both aspects. We also wanted to explore more of the Southern end of the island and being part way down already was great. You do need a Golf Cart or Scooters … we don’t consider this a walking property. AC’s were excellent, hot water takes a min to get going … and then ahh very nice. Fresh Water Jug set up was nice… used it more than we thought. Patio & dipping pool on the edge of the waves is simply. stunning. Smart TV & Wi-Fi are nice, bring your login info for your NetFlix, Apple TV accts etc. We’ll be back!

We had a great time. The apartment has a romantic atmosphere with a small garden. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Hot water, Internet is all day. There is a supermarket nearby. The nearest beach is 15 minutes by bus. It's a good choice. If you go with gps, enter the full address - 16 is not enough. She will get lost.

A great stay with a fantastic view of the water from both bedrooms. The location was great with restaurants and convenience stores within easy walking distance. The city bus stops right in front of the building. Would definitely come back and stay again.

I thought it was a super cute place to spend a relaxed time and enjoy the beach. The responsible concierge is very attentive and diligent. I felt very well received. Highly recommended.

This house was very nice and was exactly what we were looking for. The host was very helpful in communicating and helping us with anything we needed.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Classy apartment, beautiful pool , comfy bedding

This place was amazing. We loved that it was right on the lagoon, a close walk to the center of the Hotel Zone, and the privacy one in the property was great. There is a plaza right in front of the property that offered multiple dining options and a gas station nearby too. The location was great for walking, and for further areas, Robin was able to provide us with a great contact for rides. The house was unique in that the lower and upper level were connected via a staircase outside, but we didn't use the downstairs so it wasn't an issue for us. The kitchen was perfect size for cooking and the primary bedroom and bathroom were amazing. We enjoyed many nights on the screened in porch and enjoyed our days by the pool and lagoon. This place would be the perfect size for our family of 8. Robin was very responsive once we arrived and helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this place as we felt safe, things were convenient, and the whole place was very peaceful and private.

A great, private house on the quieter end of the island. Close to Punta Sur and other great places. Having the pool was wonderful since you're further from the beach in this location, but it's also a quick ride on the golf cart if you prefer the beach. John and Amelia shared many helpful details up front and are very responsive. We had a great time at their place.

From beginning to end this was the best property we have stayed at. The communication with Pamela was almost instantaneous. Thank you so much! We asked for restaurant recommendations and all were perfect. The pizza from SIETE CIELOS As good as is in nyc and Naples. The Fish Market was a hidden gem upstairs from a grocery store. So good! Fresh. Well prepared with friendly service. Flor de Lis a go to for pozole and enchiladas mole. Catalina an Miquel keep the house in squeaky clean condition. We especially enjoyed that the dishes were washed after breakfast and lunch. The architecture is modern with lots of glass and beautiful wood. The art contributes to the vibe. Miquel was always available to help out with the grill and working the garage doors. Ok the scenery Spectacular! Beach right below. The youngest member really enjoyed the beach right on terrace. He played for hours in the sand and was safe. Our only regret is that the week we wanted for next year is already booked

We had an awesome stay. Place looks exactly like pictures. It’s so beautiful and relaxing and you can hear the ocean at night. Everything is walking distance (restaurants and nightlife) and place has beach access. Bethany gave us great recs!! I cant wait to go back.

The host was very proactive, and any questions we had during the week were often answered within minutes. We also appreciated the private van she arranged both for arrival pickup and 5am departure to airport. Kitchen was minimal, but just as expected, served the minimal needs one has for a week on the beach. There was very limited nighttime noise, even if there were busy clubs close by. The view was fantastic, and all-in-all we had a great time, and would love to return. In case you are disabled, and use a walker or wheelchair, please note that the elevator start from the second floor up, and the two first floors are steep ramps. We often got men that were working around to help us push the chair. The studio itself was perfect for limited mobility, and bathroom openings wide and easy to navigate.

Sylvia and her family were amazing hosts. They were attentive to our needs, and showed ip to the home regularly to assist in cleaning, trash removal and everything in between. The home is located in one of the most pristine areas of the island, offering wide open views of the ocean which isn’t the easiest to find. We will definitely be back!

This Villa was nice and close to the water. Great views on all three levels of balconies. Bedrooms were nice and each had an attached bathroom. Two slight inconveniences were that we had to take blanket from beds upstairs for the two beds that folded down on first floor. Also getting back into the resort each time the guards would not remember us and make us wait to get back in. There was also no way to get access to the all inclusive amenities at the resort, however there is stores very close to get what you want. Overall it was a great place to stay and would definitely go back!

Beach was fabulous! The restaurant food was really good. Unit is very spacious. Overall everything was great and we had a great time!

Leticia’s place was amazing. It was 6 women enjoying our space. We did a photo shoot on the beautiful beach on property! We used the pool and enjoyed the very friendly neighbors. Highly recommended…
