Exceeded expectations in every way possible! We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The home was clean, open and beautiful. The attention to detail was evident from the gift basket to the house manual and everything in between—and much appreciated! Mollie was like having a personal concierge at our disposal and so helpful with recommendations. We hope to return soon…..thanks again!!

We had such a wonderful stay! Pool was amazing, house was relaxing. Great for the whole family! If we ever come back to Kona we would definitely stay at this location again! I also have to say I have never stayed at an Airbnb that has supplied toilet paper for longer than a couple days and they supplied us for the two weeks we visited. It’s the little things that stand out!

Sandra's home was very nice and has a beautiful backyard. We rented the downstairs portion (with the private pool). We really appreciated the extra amenities provided (beach chairs, body boards, wagon, cooler). We used all of these items when we went to the beach. The yar d, fruit trees, and view are immaculate. We were able to pick fresh fruit each morning (star fruit, guava, oranges). This is definitely an experience that you can not replicate at any hotel, our family really enjoyed this. Thank you Sandra for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfect place for gathering. The communal areas were big enough to fit us all, but also plenty of space to retreat to. Pool was a huge hit.

WOW!!! What a stunning view! The house was so perfect for our family of 4. Clean and comfortable with soooo many fun adventures close by like night snorkeling with the Manta Rays and looking for sea turtles at a beach about 15 mins away and a spectacular Luau just down the street at the Courtyard King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel. We enjoyed day outings as well that required about an 1-1.5 hours away but soooo worth it! Rainbow Falls and Akaka Falls were highlights. Sunrise and Mauna Kea was amazing. Jason was an amazing host. Always responded quickly and gave incredible recommendations. We loved our time in Kona!

Absolutely loved the house and the pool. It was better than we were expecting. It just a short driveway from the beach and local conveniences. Would recommend a car hire in any event so you can explore the rest of the island. We stayed here as my partner was doing the Ironman world championship and it was a great base for running, cycling and swimming, whilst being away from the hustle and bustle of Kona.

We had an incredible stay at Justin’s place! The place is absolutely stunning, and our three kids just loved the pool and all the floaties that were provided. During the evenings we could watch the sunsets over the ocean from the backyard. The rooms themselves were spacious and very comfortable. The gated neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Thanks for a great vacation!

Thank you for hosting us! We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how clean and well-maintained the house was. The location and amenities were great overall. One important note for future guests: while the pool is nice, its floor has a rough texture that could potentially scrape or scratch skin if you're not careful. This might be especially important for families with children. Regarding check-out time: 10 AM feels a bit early, especially when trying to pack up and clean with a family. A later check-out time of 11 AM would be more comfortable for guests and is more standard for most rentals. But the host was very nice and let us stay till 11am, we really appreciated it Despite these minor suggestions, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this property to others, just with these small notes about the pool surface and check-out timing

The house was beautiful. Located in a great neighborhood with a really nice porch where we loved to have our meals, look out at the ocean and watch the sunset. Only ten minutes away from a really nice beach and a grocery store right down the road. The house had all we could need for the beach and more including a cart, cooler and beach toys! Paul was always helpful and responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and thought the price was a steal!

This was our third stay in Tanya’s beautiful ohana. It’s a spectacular setting and both the yellow and white ginger were in bloom which made walks memorable and fragrant. Tanya is always responsive to our needs. Thank you again for a reliably clean and comfortable stay.

My husband and I stayed at Daniel and Melissa's home for 2 nights. The place was great: very clean, spacious, close to everything we needed, and had all the essentials we needed (e.g., kitchen utensils and even beach chairs that we borrowed to catch the sunset at the nearby Kua Bay beach). We especially loved the sunset and sunrise views from the property. We ran into Daniel and Melissa a few times during our stay and they were always very friendly and approachable. Thank you for hosting us and accommodating us in your lovely home!

First and foremost, thank you for allowing and opening such beauty of a home. This was the most well stocked and organized home I've ever stayed. Joe is friendly, easy to talk to guy! He home grows papaya and will bring some to you early morning. His place is not to far from airport or shopping centers. Here you will enjoy each orange sunsets. If you need amenities for beach or ocean Joe gots you! All you have to do is ask. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed. Again, thank you so much! Our family enjoyed your home.

Great space for our large workgroup--everyone had space for privacy and socializing. Deck views are amazing and kitchen is fabulous.

Lovely home in beautiful neighborhood. However, the house does get quite hot by the afternoon (we stayed in mid-November), and only the bedrooms are air conditioned. We left the sliding doors on the deck open all night with the ceiling fans on, and by morning it was quite comfortable. I think pull down shades on the deck, or inside on the living room windows would help block the western sun and keep the house cooler. But we spent most of our time at the house out on the huge deck, where we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. The bathrooms could use some work, and are showing their age. But the rest of the home is beautiful. Cheryl is lovely and a great hostess!

The view is definitely worth it. It’s a bit more out of the way than else had expected but perfect to stay away from the crowds to relax! Our host was very attentive and responsive!

The property was beautiful and maintained well. It was peaceful, spacious and private. Kyle and Maza were unobtrusive but were available to provide information and answer questions and were responsive when minor issues were brought to their attention. I would absolutely stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

The place was beautiful! Wonderful views from every window. Well kept and maintained property. Richard offered us beach chairs and beach towels for our day trips to the beach. Richard was very accommodating.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property with sunset view, and it exceeded all my expectations. Shawn was very responsive and helpful and provided us beach activity accessories, snorkeling gears etc. Each spacious room was tastefully decorated and equipped with comfortable beds. It was easy to explore the area and find everything we needed nearby. Highly recommend.

As the other reviewers said, this home had so many thoughtful amenities. Kitchen supplies, beach gear, washer dryer etc. They even left us some delicious fruit. Owner is very responsive and the place was very clean and well organized. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars all around.
