Beautiful condo, very close to an amazing beach. Good amenities. The property management was quick to reach out and deal with anything. We had a lovely visitor we named frank the ghecko every morning while we ate our breakfast.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful- appreciated the central AC during a warm humid few days in Kona! Great amenities, plenty of beach/snorkeling gear, well-stocked kitchen, and comfy couch and beds. The guest room queen bed was a tad firm, but worked well for one of the couples. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai with a peek ocean view and the occasional rooster noises (bring earplugs if you like to sleep in! This applies to the whole island, tbh). Oh, and the pool area was great too when we needed a break from all the great beaches nearby! Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! It was one of the best equipped Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in - had everything we needed. Communication was super easy, and Kenya was really helpful with info and suggestions for beaches, etc. The beach directly across the street (less than a 5 minute walk) was amazing for watching sunsets and for a quick dip. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is right on the water - nothing but a strip of lawn between you and the water. It has a nice lanai ( balcony) with a dining table and chairs for four and a couple of lounge chairs. The kitchen is reasonably well kitted out. Paul was exceptionally responsive and nice.

Coconut Cottage was absolutely wonderful! A perfect, little hidden gem! The location could not have been better for our teen son and his friends. The cottage was exactly as described and offered everything we needed for our stay. We suffered a family emergency while there, and Susan was so understanding in assisting with our immediate needs. I am so sad that we had to cut our vacation short, but we cannot wait to return!

This place was awesome! Such beautiful views of the ocean, comfortable seating on lanai and full stocked kitchen. Seems they thought of everything from an ice chest to beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear and even sun hats. Easy walk to town for dinner and light shopping. We had a small problem of no electricity when we arrived. I called William and he was there to fix it within 5 minutes. I would love to come back and stay another time😃

Our hosts were terrific! Very responsive. We received a detailed message with all instructions ahead of time. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay (even batteries!). They had games available, and all sorts of beach items available (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, noodles, etc.). The pool at the condo was wonderful-we made several trips to the pool. The moment we arrived we knew the condo was exactly what we needed and that we had made the right choice renting this condo. We hadn’t even left yet and were looking to rent this again for our next trip!! We absolutely recommend this place to families!

This was a great place to stay with my family of four for the final two nights of our Hawaii trip. The space has everything you could need, is extremely well-stocked, feels very private, and the pool is simply amazing. After 10 days of beach and hikes, we ended up just spending our first afternoon here enjoying the pool and ocean views right up to the magnificent sunset (once we realized how nice the pool and pool patio view was). The private patio off the apartment is perfect for meals. The beds here are very comfortable! The location is ideal for accessing Kona town, beaches, and the airport. Doris is a very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating host.

The home was clean and very inviting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed. The hosts were welcoming and available to answer questions but not intrusive. We didn't spend much time in the house except eating and sleeping - but it was nice to have a beautiful home away from home. Very lovely stay. Jack and Jackie, Lee and Christi

Had a great stay at Melissa’s place. She provided beach towels, a great umbrella, beach, chairs, also snorkeling equipment provided lots of local information about beaches, restaurants, etc.

Our mountainside rainforest home was the highlight of our vacation. The view was amazing and we enjoyed breakfast on the deck every morning while spotting wildlife. There is every kind of fruit you can imagine growing around the home. It truly felt like paradise. Priscilla was very accommodating and responsive with any questions we had. If you value serenity, natural beauty, and privacy, this property is a real treat. Also, no bugs!

We had great time staying here. It is very clean and the patio was lovely!

Jenne’s place is everything described in the posting. The view was awesome. We enjoyed the garden, the trees and the birds. The welcome cookies was a nice touch - kids enjoyed it. Overall wonderful stay. Would definitely return next time we come to big island.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Barry’s Airbnb! Barry was super kind and friendly, and very supportive. The house was exactly as described, beautiful! No regrets, we’d 100% do it again.

This place was fantastic. The view is amazing- ocean, stars, mountains, it literally has it all. It’s super family friendly, tons of stuff to help you if you are traveling with an infant, toys, yard, safe space, play pen— everything you could need. It’s in a great spot with beautiful beaches ten minutes away. The hosts are so incredible. We grilled out on the deck watching the stars, picked fruit in the yard, enjoyed Kona coffee. If you stay anywhere else on big island you are missing out. This is a must stay and an incredible experience. We will return ❤️

Great condo away from tourist area but not far from restaurants and grocery stores. I like being in small building instead of big resort. Well stocked kitchen and furnishings up to date. Clean and quiet. Real hot tub with jets was nice after being out on excursions all day! Kristina was very responsive and helpful. The coffee grinder broke and she had on sent to me within an hour! I would definitely stay here again if I return to the big island again!

This sweet condo was just what we needed! The pools and little porch were great and the ability to walk to the bench and see the sunset was perfect. It was so great to be able to use the umbrella and beach chairs on our outings. Great spot!

We had an amazing stay at Daisy’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Daisy was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly for us. We felt right at home and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This place was neat and clean. The kitchen was stocked with many of the things we needed. The host was very helpful and responsive. We really loved sitting on the lanai having our morning coffee as the sun came up. This place is on the west side of the island so we were able to catch a couple of beautiful sunsets as well. There were a lot of places to see and do in the town nearby. It is within walking distance but there is no sidewalk so at times it felt safer to drive there. We stayed here for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place to enjoy Hawaii.

We had a wonderful time. . The place is right on the water and the view is amazing. It is very comfortable beautifully decorated. The bed is very cozy. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Great parking.. lots of little details like a tour book of sites to see. We would love to come back!! Aloha

This was the second stay at this vacation home. It was very comfortable and we look forward to a return to this property. Our host Willow is awesome and very helpful. I only had a couple of questions and she was very quick to respond. I would highly recommend!
