Great house for family gathering in a great location. Host was responsive and provided beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for beaches nearby.

This was probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! My family and I booked this place for my birthday/ family vacay, and it was absolutely perfect for us, to say the least. I have two small children and Johnathan’s place is unbelievably equipped for that. One of the only Airbnbs I could find that was suitable to have my little ones stay at and the only one that has a car included! which of course saved tons of time having to go through a whole other booking process. Not to mention the car is very nice, reliable and large for bigger groups! Aside from the place, Johnathan was just amazing, super communicative and kind. He brought us fresh greens and juice from his farm and was very helpful in case we needed anything at all. I really recommend this place to anybody, especially if you’re planning to travel with kiddos. I will definitely book with Johnathan again with any future Kauai trip! Mahalo!

There are not enough great words to describe how wonderful it was to stay here! The house is even more gorgeous and spacious than the photos show and the flow of the space itself is truly divine! We enjoyed our meals and hanging out on the spacious lanai and did yoga on the wrap around lawn! There was great space for our group to sleep, and the Hawaiian breeze through the home felt so nourishing and enlivening. And I’m saving th best for last because all this wonderfulness is located literally just a two minute walk to what I believe is one of the most glorious beaches in all of Kauai - Hanalei Beach. I woke each morning and took a dip in the ocean before coming home to have breakfast in our spacious kitchen - a total dream! Ann was a lovely host - after trying to book other houses that were managed by companies, I loved the human touch of connecting with Ann directly who is a long time Kauain resident and a delight to work with! I’m so happy for you if you get to stay here!

If you’re looking for paradise this place is it. Beautiful location, amazing hot tub, great kitchen and comfortable beds and couch! 5 mins from tunnel beach and 8 mins from one of the botanical gardens. We crossed the street every morning to watch the sunrise and enjoyed hanging out in the hot tun during the rain. Make sure to stop at food land market in princeville before going to the house because you wont be close a grocery store. My family and i had the best time. We will truly miss this place and hopefully make our way back in the future. Definitely our favorite Airbnb in Kauai so far. Thank you for having us!

Our family of 7 loved our stay at the Mermaid Manor! The property was extremely clean and looked just like the photos (beautifully decorated!)! One out of the three bedrooms doesn’t have AC so it can get really hot in the room. The house is situated on a cul de sac so it is very private. We had a peaceful 6 night stay and enjoyed the park just behind the house—the perfect place for our toddler to burn off some energy. With that said, the property does not have amenities for babies/toddlers (no pack and play, highchair, or plates/bowls) so you’ll have to consider that if you have young kids. However, the house has all of the recreational items that you’ll need for activities like kayaks, swimming tubes, boogie/surfboards, bikes, beach toys for kids, beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs! We would love to stay here again while visiting Kauai!

Beautiful home! Wished we could’ve stayed longer. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower, which had hot water, and kitchen was stocked up with everything we needed. Loved the beach decor & great location on the north shore.. mahalo!

It was a beautiful studio space, perfect for two people taking a week long trip. The Airbnb had all the essentials. The location was really convenient to get to Hanalei and the beautiful beaches along the north east shore of the island. The host went above and beyond to provide recs and was very responsive!

Obsessed is an understatement. I refuse to stay anywhere else on the island. Cash’s place was perfect for my wife and I. The private area in the back on the lanai with the insane view was breathtaking. We watched the sunrise every morning out there with coffee and cereal. You are in a very nice and very safe community here, and located so close to all the amazing beaches of the north shore. Spent hours swimming with turtles in nearby Hideaway Beach and Turtle Cove. Cash was quick and responding and always made sure we had all that we needed. The bed was the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept on. I even snapped a picture of the tag so I can find one for myself online. Plenty of fans to keep you nice and cozy at night. What a vibe. Already planning a trip back to stay here.

The view is stunning. Very nice community pool and hottub. Centrally located. Kitchen had all the essentials. Ac units in both bedrooms. Cash is an excellent host.

Tide Pools was a beautiful home for our family of 11. Everyone had plenty of room. Those that wished to could escape to a serene nook on the property whether it be a swing on the patio or lounging near the pool. Kimberly and her husband were awesome. Super friendly. Very responsive and great referrals. The concierge they recommended was also fabulous. Oh and the beds are super comfy. I would highly recommend!!!

Very nice place. Really easy to check in and out. Would definitely stay here. Family had a great time, from the room to the pool, couldn’t have been better.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home for my immediate and extended family. Beautiful settings easily walkable neighborhood and close drive to all the beauty of Princeville. Dicle provided great recommendations beforehand. The home itself was gorgeous and well supplied. We had an issue with one of the bedroom ACs and Dicle was as responsive as possible, getting the company to fix it as soon as she could.

The place was great and even better than the pictures. It’s in a quiet and beautiful town. Close driving distance to shops and places to eat. Highly recommend!

Paradise. This house was exactly what we were looking for. As others have mentioned, the backyard and lanai are worth booking this amazing house. Unbelievably beautiful! Easy walk to tunnels beach, and the wagon was perfect to tow our 4 year old for sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor shower was perfect and so needed after spending the day at the beach. It was the perfect place to stay for us. I couldn't recommend it more. Photos do not due the inside of the home justice, it's really beautiful.

It was a great meeting place for family from Canada and Australia. The house is extremely welcoming, decorated with wonderful features from their travels. We had a great time. The house had everything we would ever want for a relaxing time.
