Hotel vacation rentals in Princeville

Watching from lanai saw Humpback whales, what a treat. The place was nice. Sanford was extremely helpful. The building could have some updating (cracked roof shingles, outside walls...) but overall nice stay.

Nice place - perfect vacation

This condo is in an excellent location, mid way between North Beach and South Beach. There are plenty of affordable and excellent restaurant choices nearby as well as a Safeway grocery store and Longs drug store. The listing is exactly as pictured and the host is wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai.

What a fantastic home to stay at in Poipu! The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Being on the third floor gave us a beautiful view of the ocean (it's CLOSER than it appears in the pictures!) and was walkable to all that Kiahuna had to offer as well as to the Poipu Athletic Club. Our host was very responsive before and during our stay. The portable AC units cooled the unit during the day and then we only ran the ceiling fan and standing fan for sleep. Note that the windows are screened with luvered shutters but not glass. All units at Kiahuna Plantation are built this way - such a nice way to get fresh air without bugs! If you're a taller person prepare for the bathroom to be shorter than what you're probably used to. Besides that, we had plenty of linens & paper goods, as well as cooking utensils, Tupperware, and cooler bags for the beach. Also, check out was just like a hotel - just grab your things & go! We would recommend and stay again.

This resort has a wonderful location. The place was very roomy and comfortable. Everything that we needed was available in the kitchen. The fourth floor allowed an excellent view of the inside of the resort and the ocean. Visitors to Hawaii are reminded to make reservations well Ahead of the time for special things they wish to do.

Check in was easy and I believe it’s open 24 hours. Everything was great in the room. Got the full hotel experience. Also, as it says in the description, parking is $40/day.

This is the second time we’ve stayed Story the Bali Hai Villas. The grounds are beautiful. The bill was spacious and equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. We’re looking forward to returning!

We had a great stay here in Princeville. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The resorts amenities were wonderful. There was an extra cost to run air conditioning but the ceiling fans throughout the apartment did a great job and we didn't need to use the air conditioning at all. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kauai.

This place was better than the pictures showed. My favorite part was the bed, it’s was the comfiest bed I’ve experienced. The space was spacious and clean. We didn’t spend much time there but we could have spent the day there with the activities they had going during the day. Location was great as well.

We had a really great stay - the resort was clean, spacious and well located. Only thing that was unexpected was the additional tax and security deposit that was not listed in the Airbnb listing. They do warn you about this via email (after booking / before arrival) but there seems to be a disconnect between the Airbnb app info and the external emails, so just be aware of that.

Really nice experience. The space is spacious. Highly recommend for family trip and friends gathering.

This was a really lovely resort and we felt it was a great deal for the price. Though advertised as having no A/C, we had units in the main living space/kitchen, and both bedrooms; we simply had to call and ask that they be turned on and it took only a couple seconds. We had no cell service in our unit but the wifi worked great so it wasn’t an issue. Parking was just fine, it’s first come first serve but there were always spots open. Bring earplugs, lots of cute chickens and roosters cruising around! Thank you for a great stay!

Million dollar view!! Amazing pool area with fun retaurants nearby. We watched the incredible sunset from the balcony and then stayed up late for star gazing…such an incredible experience. We will be back!

I made the mistake of looking up the location on Trip Advisor, not deminishing their experiences, but I enjoyed my stay. I even had AC which is rare at this property, granted I didn't even use it. The location was clean and I had zero issues.. I will be back again, and hopefully this time I won't get rained out so I can enjoy more of what Kauai has to offerr

The place was great. It was spacious and very comfortable. It had the thongs needed to make the stay comfortable. The deck was very relaxing.The location is wonderful and good to get to various places on the island.
