Condo vacation rentals in Princeville

Our stay at The Surfshack was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 traveling for spring break. We spent every morning and every evening on the lanai watching the whales and the waves. Kasey was extremely attentive to our needs and had the Surfshack equipped with everything we needed (local goodies, beach stuff, plenty of towels, and much more). The festive island decor was such a treat and really set the vibe of our week. We loved Hideaways Beach, walking to Hotel 1 for a nice dinner, and grabbing pizzas from the local spot across the parking lot. We would love to return to The Surfshack again sometime. It's a gem!

Wonderful condo and location for North Shore adventures. Having walkable access to Hideaway Beach is such a huge perk! We visited the beach most days and it was never crowded with great snorkeling. The condo itself is very spacious and clean. Our family felt like we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. We were spoiled with daily whale sightings from the kitchen/dining room windows and beautiful lanai. Really exceeded our expectations, would definitely stay there again!

Puu Poa did not disappoint! The condo was spacious with great views of the ocean.

Picture perfect views from kitchen, living and bedrooms. Sunrise and moon rise was the highlight of the stay. House was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Plenty of beach gear to use. Mahalo !

Wonderful place to stay in princeville. Sydney was extremely helpful and communicative when our plans fell through and recommended a lot of other things to do for us to pass time. Her place has some beach equipment (chairs, coolers, etc,) and you can use the snorkel or surf gear which was also a nice bonus!

This is an absolutely wonderful property. The condo is spacious, clean, and really well stocked (particularly the kitchen). It also has a very private feel which we loved. Layout is great as well. The complex is great with a very nice pool and BBQs. One of the better places we’ve stayed!

We loved our stay at Harriet‘s apartment. We really felt like home and communicating with Harriet felt like talking to a friend! I really recommend going to Queen‘s bath! There are lots of turtles swimming in the waters nearby! The view from the apartment is just amazing!

One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Absolutely breathtaking! The view was incredible! Beautifully decorated and felt very homey! So well kept & clean! Perfect for a family vacation! Highly recommend!

We truly loved our stay at this beautiful Airbnb!!We loved how spacious and clean this place was. Amazing location, good price, everything we needed! it was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We loved walking around the area and taking in all of the gorgeous sights. We were so impressed by how comfortable and clean The bedding and overall space was. Eric was extremely responsive and helpful and even gave us a few great recommendations. The book of recommendations at the Airbnb also had a lot of great options. The washer and dryer were amazing to have. We loved eating breakfast on the lanai and enjoying all of the birds and beautiful fountains. We were so grateful that the boogie boards,towels, beach chairs and all of the necessities were available to us. Clean, good towels and extra bedding and blankets were so nice to have and we truly felt right at home. We can’t recommend this place enough and we are hopeful to return again soon. We loved it so much. Five stars ++++!!!!

Highly recommend staying here - it’s convenient, has great amenities, and is great for a couple! Jasmine was super responsive and helpful. We appreciated all of the little details to make our stay wonderful.

Great location - very kind and responsive host!

This was a perfect house for 3 adults and 2 kids! We loved all the beach gear ( including a small ice chest with ice packs in the freezer). The pool and hot tub was great to use after a beach day or rainy afternoon! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! The bedroom with the 2 beds, got a little warm in the afternoons but there was a ceiling fan and 2 portable fans that worked great to keep us cool! Overall a fabulous house for our family!

Wonderful place, wonderful stay! The weather was quite warm but the screen doors and windows meant we could keep plenty of airflow throughout the space. A bathroom per bedroom made this the perfect stay for two couples!

Sandi’s place was perfect for our family vacation! Beautiful Princeville location with easy access to amazing beaches and sight nearby. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, from beach equipment, laundry and kitchen necessities, we felt right at home. Bed was extremely comfortable and the lanai was great for morning coffee with the tropical surroundings. Sandi was excellent with communication, and even sent a great list of recommendations for the island. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Kauai! 🌈

Our stay in Princeville was absolutely wonderful! The condo was beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. But the true highlight was the breathtaking view—so stunning that we found ourselves waking up before sunrise each morning just to take it all in. And in the evenings, the dreamy sunsets were just as mesmerizing. The location is perfect, and in close proximity to Hanalei, one of our favorite beaches, ideal for both families and couples. Being so close to a lovely little hike where we could see sea turtles in their cave was an incredible bonus. Our host was fantastic—responsive, kind, and accommodating, ensuring our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend!

I would come back and recommend to all family and friends. This was amazing. It was full, but it felt like we had the place to ourself. Great beach, and a fun walk to it, but if you’re tired, take the golf cart ride back up. Everything about this was incredible.

Amazing spot with great hosts. Couldn’t have asked for a better home base during our trip. Everyone in the community was very friendly too. There’s a lookout and beach within walking distance for sunset viewings. My only suggestion would be to bring some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper because the upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy at times

Beautiful place, we enjoyed the patio and birds singing each morning. Our kids loved the pool. Great walkable neighborhood especially by the golf course and you have to go at night to see the stars, they are amazing here. North shore is our favorite and David’s place was the perfect location.

This place was great! Wonderful location and condo, very clean and felt like the host cared about us enjoying our time on the island. I would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful place for my family and I! We decided to spend a few days on the Princeville side of the island and I could not be more pleased that we were able to. Hanalei Bay was just a short drive away and in the summer, the bay is very calm. My baby was able to play in the water and soft sand, and my big kids were able to jump off the pier at Black Rock beach and snorkel in the water. The condo itself was roomy and the kitchen was nice, the lanai was perfect for drying off and spending time chatting with the family. Even though we chose not to use the AC we were very cool with the ceiling fans going (but we are acclimated to warm temperatures as well) and were very comfortable. While there isn’t a beach nearby, the pool and amenities at the resort were nice enough we were still feeling spoiled in Hawaii even without the water nearby.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this condo. We have stayed at Hanalei Bay Resort in the past and enjoy the natural beauty and location of the complex itself. This lower level unit has amazing views, a great lanai, and is furnished with almost all the things you would hope to have. A boogie board would have been an added bonus. The only thing I think others may want to know before renting this unit is that there is a door that passes through to another unit next door. The door was closed for our stay, but we could hear the neighbors comings and goings and conversations very clearly. Fortunately, during our stay, the neighbors were considerate of this and it wasn't much of an issue. Overall I would highly consider renting this unit again.

We just spent a week in Paradise at Billy’s place and it was amazing! The condo was perfect for our family of four as we explored Kaua’i for the first time. It was stocked with almost everything you could need for an island adventure…beach towels, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, hats, etc. The kitchen was very nicely stocked and having washer and dryer was super helpful. The artwork in condo was super cool and eclectic too. The views were even more stunning in person and we spent every morning/night sitting on the patio listening to waves and spotting whales. Truly magical. The grounds and area around condo were equally gorgeous. We felt right at home here and Billy and Emil were great hosts and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again to visit this special island. Thank you for having us!

This condo is in a convenient location in Princeville, close to walking paths, a kids park, and the Princeville shopping center. The bed was comfortable and it's convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. The host, Mari was great. She was always quick to respond, was super accommodating, and friendly.
