Great stay in quite town! The apartment has all required furniture

This house was the perfect home base for our week in Sao Miguel. The view from the property is amazing and the house is very clean, quiet, and private. We loved the location on the island and the beauty of that part of the coastline. The beach and waterfall in the village (both within walking distance) and both work checking out. The house and property were exactly as I expected from the photos.

Good location. Even time driving to east or west of the island.Not far from many attractions. Away from the city crowds. Quiet countryside setting. Florbela & Luis are friendly and respond quickly to communications. Would like to stay again.

Sven was an outstanding host! Early proactive communication included detailed directions and instructions, flexible timing for our check in, and recommendations on shopping, restaurants, etc. We had a minor issue with the washing machine, and Sven quickly got a repairman to fix the issue for us! He even had wi e and fruit as a welcome basket. We saw Sven (and met his cute dogs) a couple of times and really enjoyed him.
