Monthly Rentals in Pattaya Beach

Very enjoyable stay at Peter’s home. This was my 2nd stay, and this time I stayed right around 3 months. The condo has brand new air cons and is comfortably furnished. I had zero issues that came up during my 3 month stay. Would strongly recommend. Peter is an excellent host.

Without a doubt, The Palm is the best condominium in the area. We have been here for the past 3 years and enjoyed each time. Rattana was an excellent host with great communication both before and during our stay. The apartment is ideal for a couple with a great view from the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was first class. There are numerous supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked our stay for next year. Once again, I cannot overstate how helpful Rattana has been during our stay. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Her place is great! I was actually sad I had to give it up. I think its pretty much a perfect spot to keep for a month or two if your in pattaya. No complaints at all.
