My stay at this apartment in Pattaya was perfect all around! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and ideally located. I especially enjoyed the great view, which made my stay even more beautiful. Communication with the host was always smooth and friendly, so I felt well looked after at all times. I very much enjoyed my stay and will be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Pattaya. Absolutely recommended!

Wonderful Stay at Nick’s place – Highly Recommended I recently had the pleasure of staying and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The villa itself was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The private pool was impeccably maintained and provided a serene space to relax. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The host Nick was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any requests. One thing to note is that the villa is located in a more secluded area, and having a car or private transportation is highly recommended, as public transport options are not readily available. However, this also adds to the peaceful and private atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a modern and comfortable place - and a very peaceful location. It’s a little way from the main part of Jomtien - but we had no issues getting Grab cars to pick us up or take us home. The local service team (Rick and Polly) were great and communication was excellent. We will return here and have no hesitation recommending the property.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Was a bit far but pretty peaceful . My villa was very nice. Also the host are very responsive and accommodating. I’d definitely reccomend you stay here if you are looking for a peaceful getaway in jomtien.

Aside from the location, there is no food and convenience store around, other is good, the weight is good for the price, it was not hot at that time, it was not hot and didn't swim, other things were ok

We had a great stay at James's Airbnb! The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive, promptly addressing all our needs. A standout feature was the host's efforts to ensure everything went smoothly, offering advice that made me feel safe and at ease. The place was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable atmosphere. While there were minor areas for improvement, the overall experience was great. The walk to the beaches was convenient, and the amenities were satisfactory. The nearby water park was perfect for families with children. The nearby convenience store was very helpful and added to the overall convenience of our stay.

I am a digital nomad and have to say that yours was one of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed in. There is everything you need in the accommodation soap, toothbrush, hairdryer, iron, washing machine including detergent, everything has been thought of. It was clean and exactly as in the photos. The building is also unique and couldn't have made a better choice. Modern, clean, good location, pools on the roof, sauna, work room, gym. Reminded me a bit of Bangkok and dubai buildings. The price/performance ratio is great.

This condo is WONDERFUL!! You feel like you are at home your whole stay. Everything was SUPER clean. I love how the cleaner the made towels look a ducks when you First walked in lol. Ellen was SUPER responsive faster then AMAZON .LOL my question is , Why can't every airbnb host be like her? With that being said I gave give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars . keep going for great!!

Perfect location in busy Pattaya. Very quiet condo complex. Room was very well appointed including a large work desk space. Nice balcony facing the pool area.

Wonderful place right near the beach. You can hear the ocean while sleeping which was wonderful. Location is amazing with a friendly staff. Definitely recommended!
