My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

I felt immediately content with this villa ! I stayed for one month and the time went by so quickly…next time I hope to stay for two months!! And if you need any help or advise you will get that information in no time ! Just wonderful!

Wonderful Stay at Nick’s place – Highly Recommended I recently had the pleasure of staying and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The villa itself was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The private pool was impeccably maintained and provided a serene space to relax. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The host Nick was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any requests. One thing to note is that the villa is located in a more secluded area, and having a car or private transportation is highly recommended, as public transport options are not readily available. However, this also adds to the peaceful and private atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.

The overall environment was very clean and also very suitable with children, not afraid of being noisy, and the space was very large!!The bed was a good night's sleep!The host was also very nice and very attentive to help with any issues!!Truly recommend you all💕

This is an excellent house in a pleasant area. The house is well planned, the pool is nice, cleaning every week, clean beds, good kitchen, secluded garden, nice furniture and a sun protected patio and more. What more to ask for. Parichat is a very good host. Always a nice reception and if anything needs to be done, it happens immediately. We can't wait to go back and have already booked new weeks.

Highly recommended Kimmy’s place, it was too short to trip but it was so worth it full. Specially house was well maintained and good service from kimmy’s team as well. Best “HOST” ever 🙏❤️

Looks exactly like the photo on higher level overlooking pool on the balcony, very clean and bright with natural light. Sue was helpful, easy communication and responsive.

Where do I begin. Out of all my years of traveling abroad, James is by far the best host that I have ever come across, hands down. He is extremely proactive, generous, considerate, and friendly. He extended all of this to my friends who staying somewhere else. James is an excellent guide; he recommended some local events and places to go before I even arrived at Pattaya. Our first verbal conversion lasted almost 3 hours, yet it didn't feel like it. James is the FIRST host that I ever hung out with on a trip; and together we made unforgettable memories like when he taught some Thai words that got the attention of most of the women surrounding us, Lol. I would recommend anyone and everyone to try out his place; it's clean, cozy, & comfortable. The location is away from all the noise of the city life and has good (affordable) places to within walking distance. This place is great for anyone who is single (male or female) and for any couples (with or without children). Thanks James!

I am a digital nomad and have to say that yours was one of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed in. There is everything you need in the accommodation soap, toothbrush, hairdryer, iron, washing machine including detergent, everything has been thought of. It was clean and exactly as in the photos. The building is also unique and couldn't have made a better choice. Modern, clean, good location, pools on the roof, sauna, work room, gym. Reminded me a bit of Bangkok and dubai buildings. The price/performance ratio is great.

This condo is WONDERFUL!! You feel like you are at home your whole stay. Everything was SUPER clean. I love how the cleaner the made towels look a ducks when you First walked in lol. Ellen was SUPER responsive faster then AMAZON .LOL my question is , Why can't every airbnb host be like her? With that being said I gave give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars . keep going for great!!

This was my second visit at The Base, Pattaya. The first time was last year. Both were very comfortable and enjoyable. Will come back next year and definitely will stay at Mickey's place.
