Hello, Nice place and great house. All essential shops are not very far. Maid always available and pleasant. Great stay and a lot of things to discover.

The accommodation is just as described. The mood and tone of the house are very cozy --> I love it ! The internet is very fast , the pool is private and beautiful , espectially at night. The owner is very responsive and provide me with useful advice. If I visit Pattaya again , I will definitely come back to stay here. Thank you very much for this wonderful vacation experience !

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Brilliant location. Great property. loads of space. 5 mins walk to the beach. used the Hotel pool many times, it was spotless. Had some minor issues with the property that were out with Goch's control, he sorted them out straight away, communication was great. Hope it is available when we come back next year!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a modern and comfortable place - and a very peaceful location. It’s a little way from the main part of Jomtien - but we had no issues getting Grab cars to pick us up or take us home. The local service team (Rick and Polly) were great and communication was excellent. We will return here and have no hesitation recommending the property.

Gang was a really nice host. Stayed in the house for 3 nights and the rooms are clean and the amenities are huge help. The pool was clean and the temperature of the water was perfect! Overall me and my friends had a great and peaceful stay! Would recommend!

Great place! Easy walk to the beach and to all local restaurants and bars! Clean space with a tv that has Netflix and a washing machine, so it was well equipped! Kitchen had everything you’d need. Cute balcony with nice view for the sunset as well! We really enjoyed our stay here!!

just returned home after 2 lovely weeks staying here, we used the pool everyday it was always clean and fun, our host was responsive on all communications and staff delt with any requirements. All in all had a wonderful time.

3 mins from the beach and the stores. House needs a little update but is in good condition. Very good deal for the price
