Monthly Rentals in Paradise Valley

This is a wonderful casita. It is clean, comfortable, and private. Although it is next to the hosts’ house, it is separated and completely private. The whole gated area is fenced, so your dog can patrol without you worrying. In addition, there is another large fenced area where your dogs may enjoy additional adventures. The shaded patio is a great place to enjoy the day, with an unobstructed view of the undeveloped property in back of the house. You feel like you’re out in the country, never suspecting that bustling Scottsdale, with restaurants and markets, is just down the street. The back includes a fire pit, a barbecue, and a hot tub (didn’t use). The casita has full laundry room, an excellent kitchen with a pantry with some essentials, and an open living room. The hosts are extremely welcoming and attentive to your every need without being intrusive. We spent a wonderful two weeks here and hope we have the opportunity to return.

The Casita suited us to a tee. Just the right amount of everything. Privacy wall allowed our small dod access to the outside. Very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful.

Our stay was very nice. Everything was as described in Airbnb. Owner was always helpful and prompt in answering my questions. The unit is walking distance to many retailers including some restaurants, grocery stores and Barnes and Noble. Neighborhood is very nice and quite friendly.

We loved staying here. Joanna’s place is very close to great restaurants in Scottsdale and very close to Phoenix. The pool is lovely. The condo itself is very nice. Perfect for two people. We would definitely stay here again.
