Good location and very attentive host - lots of communication and clear instructions on how to get in. Loved that the place had a small dog play area as part of the complex.

Host was extremely responsive. The condo looked exact as pictured and was nice and tidy. We did not experience any noise from neighbors although road noise and pedestrian traffic was an issue since this is a busy street. I am a light sleeper and the noise didn’t seem to disturb my sleep. This of course is out of the host’s control but thought it should be mentioned. The unit had all we needed to prepare meals, was close to dining, entertainment and shopping. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Mirjam's place is amazing. I recommend it to anyone. Very comfortable, great location and nicely decorated!!! She was and is an amazing host!!!!!! She responded right away and was very helpful since this was our first time renting an Airbnb. We are moving out and going to another Aribnb for a couple of months then coming back to Mirjam's. I waited too long to book so that time frame was already taken. Love seeing the fountain right outside our windows and love the plantation shutters. Would recommend this for sure. Close to all shopping, restaurants, etc.

Sarah was as incredible host and was attentive to all my needs. The place was comfortable and accommodating and I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you’re in need of staying put for a bit. Such kind people!

Compact, but very nice 1bedroom apartment in the heart of Scottsdale. Nice amenities in the building. Easy access to all urban things and easy drive to hikes north of town. Hosts were excellent communicators. Would stay there again!!

Beautiful Pool and great area. Plenty of parking. Very nice complex.

Very clean and close to everything we needed. We slept so well. If you are in town to golf, Grey Hawk and Troon are right around the corner. Grocery store and restaurants are a stone throw away. Thank you Monica!!

Great stay, the space was exactly what we needed for a babymoon getaway. The backyard was set up so perfectly to be able to sit outside and relax. The house was very easy to get to and was close to a lot of great places to eat. Everything in the house was so clean and very organized! We would definitely stay there again in the future.

A group of six of us flew out to the Phoenix Suns game. We was trying to figure out if we wanted to stay near Westgate cause that’s where we was going to hang out. Aaron’s place is only about 20 minutes away from Westgate which is an easy drive and 30 minutes from downtown and the airport. The house was super clean with no dirt and dust and really spacious. The house is in a nice neighborhood that you feel safe and the neighbors are quiet. You don’t even see them. We will stay here at this location again the next time in Phoenix. There were lots of places to eat near and great hiking. I will give this a 10/10.

5 stars is not enough credit for this home and owner. The home is a beautiful, modern house and the owner had thought of everything to make our stay extra special. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of room for food prep. The best part of the house is the backyard. We stayed for 5 days and just hung out at the house and loved every minute of it! There is a big outdoor table for dining or games, the hot tub is beautiful and the pool was fantastic! It is so worth having it heated! Our groups fav part was definitely the outdoor pizza oven! So fun to try new recipes and every one turned out delicious!! The owner is super responsive and accommodating to any of our requests. She made the experience so easy and fun!! We will definitely be back to this home for another holiday!!

Very happy with the whole experience. I had to download a door lock app, but it worked really well. Very flexible with check out, and super responsive. This location was very walkable to State farm Stadium (about 10min). It was too cold to use the pool, but did look at, it was large and nice.

Felt right at home at Romell’s place in phoenix. He was also very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again.

Highly recommend! Looks exactly like the photos. The host is responsive and checking in to see how our stay was. The location is amazing, close to shopping and many restaurants. Great, safe neighborhood. Their instructions are clear on how to check in. I’m just not good at following so many steps that it made it a little bit difficult but once I figured out the layout all was fine from there on out! :) I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Our stay at here was amazing. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go, the place was perfect for us and it’s even nicer than the photos. The workout area was great and easy to find, it was right across the street from Tempe town lake and there’s a Press coffee shop right in the building so we would grab a drink and go for a walk. It was quiet and the people were friendly. I could go on and on. We would definitely stay here again!!

It's an incredible apartment, huge for the price. I opted to stay here instead of the Marriot across the road, for a conference and I did not regret it. It is a short 15-minute walk there and less than that to the shopping district which includes several restaurants, an AMC and other places of interest. It is easy to get downtown with a 20-minute cab, but it was not needed for my purposes. Highly recommend this location

Enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Had a scheduling issue that Darcy helped with and everything was clean. Would defiantly recommend if you are looking for a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert's place! The accommodations were perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had full access to all the amenities at the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location couldn't have been better for us! It was just a short distance to the Wildfire Golf Course, which was a huge plus for any golf lovers. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the area!
