Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Paradise Valley

We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

Jays was a great host! The unit was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and neighbors. Enjoy the pools and workout areas. Short drive to shopping centers and restaurants. Will definitely rent from Jay again.

I Loved Dana’s place. Beautiful view from patio, especially at sun down and sun rise. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of room and right across from the liquor store. I had a tiny issue locating the lockbox but Dana was really responsive and helpful. Will definitely recommend or stay again when I’m in town.

Great location! Had issues with parking (someone parked in our reserved spot the whole time we were there), but hosts were responsive. We ended up trying to find spots that didn’t belong to anyone and also parked in visitor parking. That was a bit stressful, but other than that, it was a great location close to some really cool restaurants and shops.

Very nice, spacious and new apartment with great amenities and location - we loved the pool area! The host was very responsive when we had questions about getting into the complex. Super easy access to the highway and lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Our only suggestion is to offer more seating (such as a bistro table) for mealtimes and to relax on the outdoor patio. Overall a nice place, a minor furniture upgrade would make it great!

Truly enjoyed the getaway, as it was just close enough to an event nearby, and still an oasis of calm and beautiful clean design, which is what we love. Would stay there again for sure - great hosts!

This was one of the most charming places we’ve stayed at. Truly an oasis in the heart of downtown Phoenix! We loved the decor of the unit we stayed in plus all of the fun extras like the grill, pool table, and rooftop lounge with the big chess board! Peaceful yet with a party vibe, it’s the perfect downtown retreat. We’ll be staying again!

We absolutely loved staying in Linda’s condo. I can’t say enough about the awesome location; we had a great time exploring breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops—all within walking distance. The bed was also super comfy. Having laundry in the unit was a huge plus for us. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in the area!

We spent almost 2 weeks there and we felt right at home! It has everything you need and it was clean and tidy. We really loved being able to play Gallega every day 😂 Alex and Nicole respond right away if you need anything. We are heading back to Tempe in 2 weeks and will be staying there again. Thank you!!

Lili's condo on the lake was spotless, fully stocked with the necessities, quiet, peaceful, and located close to restaurants and other shopping. Lili was great to work with, friendly, and she quickly responded to my questions and comments. I would definitely rent this place again.

The unit is as described in the listing. It is walking distance to groceries, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping. Old Scottsdale is only about a 15 walk from the condo. My husband and I really enjoyed the pool area. The grounds and pool area were kept very clean as were the bathrooms by the pool. There are 4 BBQ’s in good working order. We used them most nights. Rene is a very responsive host. Would stay there again!

I enjoyed my stay; unit is very comfortable. And i was pleasantly surprised that the pool was warm(i assume it is heated). Location is great, can walk to 5th ave and so many shops and restaurants in the area.

The listing is accurate and the place was clean and spacious for the two of us. Access to the unit was easy and the covered parking spot was conveniently located near the door. Highly recommend if looking to stay in Scottsdale.

Stayed six nights in Scottsdale. The condo was in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the pool every afternoon to cool off. The unit had a view of the pool which gave it that resort feel. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to AZ.

Great location! Walkable to many great bars/restaurants. Love that the Condo has both a shared pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Carla's during spring break. The house was very clean and fully stocked! It was very spacious and we enjoyed hanging out in the backyard/pool. Carla was very responsive, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. 2 minor things that should have been mentioned in the listing; the house does back up to an elementary school. The noise of the kids during recess didn't bother us, but I would imagine that this is something that should be mentioned for those that would like a quieter stay. The second item that should be mentioned, is that if you want access to the community center, you have to ask for the key fob before your stay. Which we weren't aware of. We did communicate this to Carla and she did schedule someone to stop by to drop it off. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, felt like home and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Phoenix. The hosts were very nice and responsive. We had a couple of questions during our stay and they were very quick to respond.

I have stayed in Arizona many times but i believe we have found our favorite place! The views from the master balcony is amazing!!! The pool is amazing is heated! The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back

Positives: We had a great stay at this house. The pool and covered patio were great for outdoor lounging. The temps in Scottsdale for our trip were in the low 70s, so it was excellent weather for sitting outside. The covered patio was very large, and the poolside had 2 fold up umbrellas, so there was plenty of shade. Check in was easy and the host had great communication. The kitchen/dining area was well stocked with utensils, plates, and cookware. The neighborhood was good and safe and the house was in easy walking distance to a park. The location was great for us as we spent most of our time in Scottsdale and Tempe. The house has quick access to both. Negatives: Could use some touch up paint in all interior rooms. The bed slats were not in place when we arrived, so one corner of the bed was sunken. We were able to fix this. We did opt for the heated pool, but it was still kind of cold.

Wonderful home with an amazing backyard! The location couldn't have been better. Definitely felt right at home the moment we opened the front door. Wished we had more time to enjoy everything! Would absolutely book again. Thank you, Joseph, for such a terrified stay!!

What a wonderful home! It was a perfect home for our vacation week. Gail’s place makes you feel right at home the minute you walk through the doors. It is stocked with everything you would need. The peaceful surroundings made it so enjoyable to sit outside and read! The three of us said, if we come back to the area, we hope Gail’s place is available. Thank you Gail!

This home was really well set up for a group wanting a place to sleep and swim. The kitchen has an excellent array of spices/herbs for cooking, and a good collection of cooking tools. When we had questions or noticed something missing (like dishwasher pods), Alain responded quickly, ordered more and it was delivered within 24 hours. We had to drive to do anything in Phoenix, but we knew what going in and having the neighborhood pool was priceless for our kids.
