Vacation rentals with lake access in Paradise Valley

The place was perfect for our trip. The location was fantastic being close to both Old Town Scottsdale and the ASU campus. The layout of the house was nice, it was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a park nearby that was perfect for walking every morning. The hosts reached out to us before our arrival to let us know that the pool was still being worked on. We still had access to the hot tub. Because of this slight inconvenience, they offered us a reimbursement. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Brenda's place is exactly what you see the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped. They even left some useful staples (like milk, creamer, condiments, etc) in the refrigerator. That was unexpected and appreciated. Bathrooms were clean with useful products and ample towels. I really appreciated that there were things like tissues and Q-tips. It shows an attention to detail that you don't usually see in rental homes. It was nice to have access to the garage. The grill was clean and there were plenty of tools for grilling. It was very pleasant to sit outside next to the pool. The AC and heat worked well and in March, I seemed to need both (heat in the AMs and AC in the PMs)

This was our first family trip in 20 years, and the house made the experience truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The location was ideal, with so much to do close by. We also rented a vehicle from them directly, and the added delivery cost to and from the airport was well worth it. We made wonderful memories here, and we’re so grateful this place was part of such a meaningful trip. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay that feels like home with a touch of something extra.

My family and I had nothing short of a wonderful stay at Jeff and Bridget’s beautiful home. Hosts were very responsive and friendly to communicate with. The home is nestled in a safe quiet location close to many great amenities including a wonderful selection of restaurants. Inside and out the home everything my family needed and more, from the comfy beds to the dining space to the beautiful spacious backyard! Very thankful we found this gem inside Phoenix and looking forward to staying here next time we are down in the area.

The house was a perfect location for our family who came in to catch some Padres Spring Training games at Peoria Park. It was easy access to the stadium, restaurants, stores, and more. The host was super responsive. Home was very clean. I appreciate the labels in the kitchen, took the guessing out of finding things. Additionally, having toiletries to use was helpful. You can tell these hosts think of things to make your stay more comfortable and ease your traveling. We’d come back here again.

Megan’s place was probably our favourite Airbnb stay to date. It was absolutely perfect for our one week family vacation. The house was even better than pictured and had all the amenities you would need with extras. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for cooking for a week. There were tons of pool toys for the kids to play with, the kayaks were a huge bonus, and the pool table provided hours of nighttime fun. The house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Megan was friendly and she responded quickly to our inquiries/messages. She was very accommodating and flexible with an early check in and then late check out due to a flight delay. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. House was wonderful between the pool, hot tub, and record player. Was a good weekend. Don’t recommend running by the pool concrete is slick 😂

Molly’s place was great. Super convenient location and all amenities as described. The place could have been a little cleaner, but nothing major (some dust, crumbs, dirty inside of trash cans, etc.). Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Molly was very responsive when we reached out with a few questions. Would recommend.

Everything was as described, Harkaran was always available when needed very quick to respond to any situation! We would definitely stay again whenever visiting AZ! Thanks for everything we truly appreciate, he was an awesome host!

Robert was very friendly and listened to my concerns, trying to help as much as he could. I am very impressed by his kindness. My guests also enjoyed staying at Tracy’s property, and I would like to recommend it.

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

We enjoyed our stay in Chandler very much! The location was great and near some good restaurants. We loved the lake and enjoyed walking to a local office shop as well as taking in some sights. The heated pool and hot tub were great, especially the one with the lake view. We didn’t use the pickle ball courts but it was nice to have them located right there if you wanted too. We also enjoyed having the kitchen stocked with most everything you could need to cook with. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come again!

This place was exactly how it was advertised. Had everything we needed and easy walk to pool and common areas. Beds were very nice. Nice location central to many places and activities. We enjoyed some of the local restaurants/coffee as well as easy access to get around general Phoenix. Enjoyed a short drive to old town Scottsdale. Tempe Lake was great for walking and scooter rides. Would gladly stay there again.

5 STARS! We absolutely loved Adrian’s condo! It was a great location central to all areas of Scottsdale. It was super clean and well stocked with comfortable beds and furniture. The patio was so relaxing overlooking the pool! It was very quiet and a wonderful place for a parent’s weekend away! We also loved the walking paths that went along the golf course and loved stopping by the Starbucks in the grocery store on our morning walk! Adrian was extremely responsive and an EXCELLENT host! We will be back!

Our stay at this AirBnB was great! We communicated with Evelyn before our stay and upon arrival at the Phoenix Airport. Daphne met us at the parking lot and took us to the unit; sharing the various services and how to get in and out of the unit. The unit was as described and met our needs. The location is excellent: adjacent to the local Tempe Town Lake providing many activities, near the freeway for easy access coming and going and near several restaurants. The two bedroom/two bathroom unit was spacious and we had all the necessary items for cooking all our meals in the full kitchen. This is a great place to use as a headquarters for visiting friends, shopping, attending concerts and sporting events and relaxing in the Phoenix Area. We highly recommend. Evelyn was available during our stay and met any need we had.
