Monthly Rentals in Panama

This property was ideal for me.I was there for one month. Maria met me for check in. The building and the condo were clean and modern. The view was phenomenal It was conveniently located near the grocery, the metro and many good restaurants. Maria checked on me a few times to make sure I was okay. the washer dryer was a bonus. Don't hesitate to book.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. (20+ total). Pictures are 100% accurate. Building is clean and modern. Apartment well set up, well equipped, and feels new. We used the subway/buses to get around. Subway is great, buses a bit more difficult. (no clear routes). Locals very friendly,just ask someone for directions. Traffic was very heavy during commuting times, so getting an Uber at 5-7pm may not get you very far. Negatives: Almost no street signs and not great “signage” around the city showing where the subway stations actually are. Even at the airport, no clear signs to the subway. But someone pointed the way and we made it.

This place is great for a little getaway, it’s attached to a pool and restaurant so it’s just to escape for a few days. It’s also near the old town which is a great place to go walk around. The place is a bit small so would only work for one or two people. Hosts were nice and really kind. Thanks for a great stay!

You can’t get much more centrally located than this place. Minutes from waterfront, with an insane number of restaurants/bars/cafes within mere blocks of the building. Transportation is easy to access, if that’s your preferred means of getting around. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Comfortable bed, fresh and soft linens available. The in-unit washing machine was heaven. And the trying rack available that can be put on the balcony was even better. Extras of everything with no need to contact Jota to provide more, which I’m sure he’d do if you reached out to him. He’s one of the most proactive responders I’ve ever experienced in an Airbnb host. The view from the balcony is killer. I totally understand why this place is booked up as frequently as it is. If you’re looking to go to Panama City, even far into the future, book this place!
