Very nice place… friendly everything was close.

Sara’s place is a perfect getaway with gorgeous views and a 5 minute drive to the town. Th room is spacious and very comfortable with a large deck to enjoy the birds outside. Heaven’s Cafe is delicious for breakfasts and lunch. Th Golden Frog Inn has tasty Mexican fare with lovely sunset views. The Butterfly Haven is wonderful to see many varieties flying all around you. Sara is very helpful and delightful. She will also provide very tasty breakfast or dinner upon request. You will thoroughly enjoy this lovely escape.

This was our second stay here, and we hope to return again in the future. The open floorplan is welcoming and the kitchen is well-stocked to be able to prepare meals at the house if you wish (also recommend Dosha cafe for breakfast/lunch and Caio pizza for dinner just a few minutes walking). The over the water porch is very peaceful and gives an amazing view of the bay, Carenero, and Bocas town. If you enjoy a simple island-life style place being as close to the water as possible, you will like it. We also greatly appreciated Melissa being flexible with us on our check out day.

The place is spaciousness and comfortable. Looks just like the photos. Right on the water. Advisable to have water socks as entering the water is a shallow reef. Great for taking a dip but not for swimming. Nadia and Salvatore are excellent, friendly, accommodating and attentive hosts. Great cooks too! We loved staying here. Warmly recommended.

A perfect stay! Coralia's little cabin exceeded our expectations. It was impeccably clean and had everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay. The location was unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk from supermarkets, parks, cafes, restaurants, stores, pharmacies and much more. Coralia was very kind and was always available to answer any questions, responding to my messages within minutes. I highly recommend it, and I would definitely stay here again!"

We really enjoyed the surroundings. Being right on the water, watching the tides come and go and all of the wildlife, particularly the birds was very interesting. This is great place to go for privacy, and a feeling of being in the middle of nature. Sue is fantastic, very helpful and very accessible. 5 stars!

An excellent place, right in front of the sea, many things to do, delicious food, permanent help with our preferences, all the very friendly staff, cheap prices, everything great!

We booked this place (as a couple) without too much thought as we needed a spot to rest during our road trip, and we were amazed by the comfort, cleanliness and quality of the lodge, the beautiful garden and also the incredible taste the food ! Chantal is a very kind host, and she welcomed us with a smile while explaining everything very nicely. In short : we definitely recommend you to stop by with your eyes closed !

This is such a sweet little get away from busy Bocas town. It is still very accessible to everything and near a very pretty beach. The surroundings are stunning and very “in the jungle.” It was a tad hard to find, but the host was quick to help us. The bed is huge and super comfy. The outdoor shower is just fantastic after a day in the ocean. It’s very near a delicious restaurant. The host was great, brought us water when we ran out, had greats recs, and even let us hitch a ride into town.

Beautiful place, immersed in nature. Ideal for getting away with the city. Near Cerro Picacho and falls.

This was our second stay at Bocas Garden Lodge. We loved it so much the first time we knew we wanted to stay again for this trip. The place is the most comfortable and beautiful place we have stayed on Isla Colon. It is walking distance to some great restaurants, and we enjoyed riding the scooter up the beach that we rented from Daniela for other beachside restaurants and exploring the area. Daniela is a lovely host and their place is well worth the price. We would absolutely love to stay here again and lounge on the cozy outdoor patio.

Words cannot describe, nor photos show how amazing this place is. it is a thousand times better than the booking site description. The Casita itself is gorgeous. It has high ceilings, tons of windows and every finish is beautiful. Floors , countertops, doors, every finish is well done. The tile in the bathroom is so pretty that I was in the taking pictures of the bathroom! I could live in the casita! And then there is the view! You are on the very top of a mountain. Volcan Baru sits right in front of you and you can see literally all the way to the ocean. Again, I have no words to describe how breathtaking it is. There is a lovely patio with chairs on it to sit and take it all in. Sherry and Troy are fantastic hosts, super friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for restaurants are wonderful. l am so grateful that they are willing to share their paradise with us! what an experience!

The Ocean Studio completely lived up to its billing! A lovely, comfortable A-frame studio space right off the beach, with huge ocean-side windows and the ability to lie in bed and watch the waves roll onto the black sand beach right in front of you. Talk about a place to decompress and just be. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some of our own meals (there's a great grocery store just up the road from the house), and the outside (but covered) tropical shower was strong and had plenty of hot water. We spent three memorable nights in the studio and it was our base for daily ventures out to explore the beautiful and rugged beach landscape where the jungle meets the sea. A beautiful spot.

Brittany was so kind and helpful. The cabin was perfect, with a screen door to keep out bugs. We left the doors open the entire stay, the sounds of the ocean and the various life outside was so peaceful. The entire community is so wonderful, I felt right at home. Would recommend to anyone I knew traveling to Panama!

We were in family with children, we were all in love with the place, jungle, sea, exquisite food and everything else, the very loving hosts you feel at home, we hired breakfast, I recommend it, exquisite and abundant. A beautiful experience of having lived as you connect a lot with nature.

It was a little further from town than expected. It would be a long walk down the side of the mountain and a long, steep walk back up to the unit. You’ll definitely need a car or to use a taxi coming and going especially if you go shopping and have to carry anything. They also don’t suggest taking that walk at night due to feral dogs. I had a truck so all was good. Just be careful on the narrow winding road down the mountain. One of the main complaints about staying in areas closer or in downtown downtown is the noise at night from bars and partying. At this location you only hear bullfrogs in the babbling creek below and the usual roosters in the morning. Chichi speaks perfect English and is very kind and helpful about directions and what to do in the area. This is a small compact unit sitting on an incline, but with all the beauty in the surrounding area, it’s a perfect place to sleep, make breakfast and then get out and explore this amazing area during the day. Great place!

I loved the place so much, it's very quiet and the place is so cozy, the beds are very comfortable and the view is nice.

This place is stunning! The house looks exactly like the pictures and the view on the water is gorgeous. The kitchen is fully equiped and there is a local store near the house where you can buy groceries. We really loved our time there. It’s a great place for people who want to relax and enjoy the beach, you can walk for hours on either direction. The 6 hours drive from the airport is worth it. We definetly recommend this place.

A simply wonderful space, one of the best views of the Volcan Barú that you were able to experience. Work a few hours and the internet works for me perfectly, and having a TV with streaming and cable TV is an extra that some places don't offer. Excellent communication with iris in general, I recommend it.

Ciella and Quincy's place was a dream. Birds, frogs, a creek and gardens in the back. They are friendly, warm people that know a ton about the area and have great recommendations. The walk to town is doable but it is down (and up on the way back!) a large amount of stairs and steep, so if you are not the most mobile you will want to budget for taxis or have a rental car. For us, it was well worth it to have the most incredible view and tranquility that being up the hill offers. Bring binoculars to watch all the hummingbirds in the feeders they have!

The cabin is beautiful placed in a hill with clear view up to the mountain and you can even see the ocean from the upper floor. It's a great place to just chill out, have a bbq, even a bonfire outside and a lookout platform where the sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. Also, my dogs could go about safely and enjoy the place. I seldom let them roam free, but they were very happy and the place is away from any traffic with a clear view in case they get too far. The room has and amazing view and you just want to stay there a whole month either relaxing or working remotely. You can go for a good walk around and just chill. It has Internet available and is quite stable, so no need to worry about anything. Last but not least, kitchen is well equipped and there is a mini-market not too far away in case you are missing anything. I will definitely return again.
