An absolutely amazing home to stay in! The rooms felt nice and comfy, with lovely decor. The rooms and appliances were extremely clean as well. Heidy is definitely a top tier Airbnb host!

Frank's place is amazing! not only is pristine clean but also the linens are soft, the towels are white like brand new white ( and also spares ones to use in case we need it too ) the bed and pillows top of the line and also the details, I could tell that everything was thought off to have a restful experience! My husband and I are very happy we chose the right place for our short stay! Thank you Frank for everything! Your beautiful place is one of a kind!

Perfect for the price. Your own private efficiency with your own entrance. Neighborhood is very nice as well. If you stay in Palm beach. This is the part of town that will make you want to come back! Melynn was a great host as well. You have everything you need when you arrive.

We enjoyed our month stay. Place was clean and in a great location, walking distance to historic Melbourne. Our golden doodle loved the fenced in yard, as did we. Loved sitting in the backyard, shade for me and sun for my husband. We would stay again.
