Vacation rentals with a kayak in Palm Bay

The property was magnificent. The bathroom in our suite was inconvenient, located between the bedroom and the living quarters. The hideabed was uncomfortable for sitting. The grounds were beautiful, lots to see and do. would definitely go back again. Thanks for a great vacation KC.

No complaints only suggestions: the bikes; 5 total- 3 were old, rusty and had flat tires, 2 were good but the seats were set super high with no tools to lower. Bikes need serious upgrade. 2 kayaks, but inaccessible since I could not manage to tote them to the water due to the heavy weight of them. A 2wheeled tote device would have been great! Cottage needs a floor fan (for those of us who overheat or need white noise). A pair of utility scissors in silverware drawer would have been great (opening packages, etc). I only wish I could have used the beach umbrella and chairs, but weather didn’t permit! The king size bed/mattress is delicious! Cocoa Village is an easy walk and the French Bakery is everything you’d expect. A walk down Indian River Road is a delight for appreciating fans of architecture and flora! Overall, very beautiful and yes I would stay again (if suggestions were addressed). The price of a 2 night stay demands nothing short of excellence. Tweak the gem a bit.

Our stay at flower power on Cocoa Beach was everything you could expect. Kathy was very responsive even checking in on the day that I had relatives coming for a picnic to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is beautiful. Exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved going down to the river in the morning to have our coffee and fish. Went to the beach every day and used the sun shelter. Kathy provided. We’ll probably be going back.

We were in town to take our kiddos to see a Space X launch. We were traveling with our kids and 2 dogs. Brandon's place was perfect. The dogs had a blast in the fenced yard. We made smores in the fire pit. Brandon gave us awesome recommendations on where to watch the launch and we took our dogs to the dog beach he suggested in the guide. Brandon's place was super clean, had everything we needed, and was in a safe neighborhood. He was super friendly and helpful. The AirBNB was even better than the photos. Highly recommend this host. Thanks for being a rockstar host Brandon!

We greatly enjoyed out stay with Sue. She was very responsive and helpful from the initial booking and throughout our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable with many nice amenities; area information, coffee, wine glasses and much more. The location is very close to so many things from a grocery store to pharmacy, to many restaurants to a water front park to the beach...Sue and her husband were very helpful providing information on things to do in the area as well.

The place has more than enough room for a big family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is located within walking distance to town, where there’s shopping, restaurants, bars and the beach. It’s not too congested in the small town, which we loved not dealing with big crowds.

This place was so beautiful!!! I can’t wait to revisit.. we woke up to dolphins in the water!!
