Monthly Rentals in Padre Island, Corpus Christi

My second time staying here. Maya is a great host and timely in communication but there was nothing of concern to talk about. I stayed 5 months very roomy for two people, well laid out and very clean, great kitchen with all utensils. The complex is quiet, no laud parties allowed and all the owners and guest s in other rentals were very nice. Fishing in a canal steps from your front door. Thanks Maya, hope to see you again.

Amazing place to stay if your goal is to get a tan and eat fantastic local food. The beach is 6 minutes away and Micole provides various recommendations to rent golf carts so you can cruise around. The place in general was very clean, neat, and sticks to a cute beach theme. The bed was more comfortable than my own and It has been a pain to sleep in mine after leaving :,) She has all the essential items like kitchen utensils, bathroom items, and a TV. Although I would like to have had a TV that has Netflix installed or any other streaming platform (unless I missed it lol). Micole was also a great host and very responsive. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a quick weekend getaway at the beach!

By far one of the best places I have stayed. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to stay on N Padre Island. Peter was a great host!

I had a great multi-week stay here in Corpus! The complex has a lot of nice amenities, is very close to Whitecap Beach (practically on the beach) and a very short drive to the Padre Island seashore. There are several great restaurants nearby and lots to do downtown. The WiFi was flawless as I worked remotely from the condo, which is perhaps the most important to me! The only note I would add is that it is a second floor unit, so you have units above and below. This matters for a couple of reasons: You may hear noise from the upstairs unit (if the occupants are particularly loud) and there are stairs to get to the unit which can be an accessibility concern. As of this writing, I don’t see this noted anywhere, but it’s a few stairs to get in the building then one flight up to the unit. Just something to keep in mind if that’s of importance to you.
